The Best

I imagine it's not easy creating a warm, inviting and transparent environment in a car dealership. But Open Road Cadillac has managed to do all three. From the moment my wife an I entered the dealership, we were greeted by the General Manager. Paul was warm and friendly and introduced us to a few of his "team" (his words). Everyone was cordial and welcoming. Dennis took the lead role as our sale person and was very accommodating to our needs and listened very well. After a few minutes, Paul returned with coffee and snacks for my wife and me. It really felt like we were visiting someone's home. We asked to drive an Escalade which was promptly brought to the front door for us. We were very impressed with the service, the car, and Dennis' knowledge of the features. It really was an impressive test drive. When we got back to the dealership, Dennis introduced us to Larry who was a gentleman. He gave us a lease price that was very fair considering that no one else in the country had this particular model and color combination. My wife was thrilled that she was able to get the exact car that she wanted without compromising any features and got the color that she had dreamed about. Within a few hours, we were driving our new Escalade home. I can't say enough positive things about Open Road Cadillac and will be sure to tell my family, friends, and co-workers about my experience. Thank you!

Superb Service Department

Service department is great ... Carl especially. They always go the extra mile when my car is dropped off for oil changes, tire rotation, etc.

Outstanding overall experience in every aspect. My salesperson, Tom Jackson, is an impeccable gentleman with thorough knowledge of Cadillac products and provided me with multiple choices to fit into my budget. Great cars, Great customer service

Every time I bring my car in the staff is so friendly and extremely helpful. They always go above and beyond to answer my questions about the my car and help in any way possible. Even though it's a little far away from me. I would definitely go there for my next car because of the service.

Great 1st Time Service Appointment.

Everyone in the Service Department was very courteous and helpful. They told me the work would take about 30 minutes and it did. It was nice that my Salesman, Thomas Jackson, and a few others I'd met when shopping for my car also stopped by when the saw me. It was a pleasant experience. The person who called me about the service, Paula Blum, was very nice and helpful on the telephone as well.

My experience at Cadillac Open Road

The service was done with courtesy, timely and efficiently. I have 3 cars which I took in for general service. All were done as expected, and I was out of there in the time which they advised so my schedule was not affected in any way. I am very pleased with the service.
