This Dealership is a big scam I love Toyota but this dealership is a huge fraud. They gave me a $2,500 check which I am paying monthly I later found out,... also I owe $6,000 on a previous Lease when they were suppose to take care of it. Not Cool I pay 500 for a regular Tacoma. Now I have to pay 1000 plus the 500 lease. Please Stay away.
overcharged for labor and they don’t do great job . I took my wife’s Rava 4 to change the brakes and they overcharged me $700.
I was initially contacted by Jack Tuminaro after I submitted an online request for additional information on a Corolla. Jack T provided the information... I needed after several emails and phone calls. This initial interaction was a surprisingly pleasant experience. I was ready to come in to test-drive a vehicle and to discuss pricing. I arrived at the dealership and felt immediately welcomed at the reception desk. I did not feel "targeted". I was introduced to Marlon Roberts (Client Advisor) who was already aware of the communication I've had with Jack T and knowledgeable on the vehicle (features, pricing, etc.) I was interested in. We test-drove the car and came back to review some numbers (I did bring a calculator). I also met with Alvin Delgado (Sales Manager). He and Alvin were personable and easy to deal with. Everything was transparent with the pricing. Pricing was extremely competitive. I left the dealership (without much sales pressure) to review the sales offer at home. I returned a few hours later and finalized the purchase. I arranged to come in the next day at a specific time and drove off with my new car easily within 35 min after arriving at the dealership. This was a surprisingly pleasant and easy car buying experience.
Dear Jeff, Thank you very much for taking the time to write such a lovely review. We are thrilled that you had such a nice experience at our store. W...e feel extremely fortunate to have you as our customer, and we will try our hardest to be sure that your service experience with us is just as smooth. Warm regards and gratitude, Jason Ratti, General Sales Manager"
Had a issue with damage after they detailed my car. Called to talk to the manger 6 times he have not talked to him yet. Very poor response and customer... service on this issue. As for the derailing very average at best. Will never go back.
I recently purchased my 2nd Rav 4 from Jose...he was so honest and helpful when I bought my 2015 Rav that I insisted on going back to him for my new Rav... which I did he did not dissapoint me at all a good deal quick loan approval and delivery. I can't say enough about this dealorship I have just recommended 2 more friend to go there
WHEN YOU BUY SOMETHING, YOU SHOULD BUY FROM SOMEONE YOU TRUST, NOT NECESSARILY SOMEONE YOU TRUST TO GIVE A GOOD DEAL, SOMEONE YOU TRUST TO BE THERE WHEN... SOMETHING GOES WRONG. THE REACTION YOU GET WHEN THINGS GO WRONG TRULY SHOWS THE CHARACTER OF THE ORGANIZATION. TOYOTA OF MORRISTOWN ONLY CARES ABOUT THE SALE. AFTER THE SALE, F U... BAD PLACE, DONT TRUST! We bought a brand new 4Runner in Novermber 2018 - sticker price $49950... First, they can't calculate the total owed and we had to pay the difference out-of-pocket. When we picked up the license plate they informed us they forgot to charge the luxury tax. Another $200... And to make it worse, they hand us the title to the car THAT WE FINANCED. So I informed them of this and they thanked me for not taking it. 2/9/2019 - We bring the car in for the 5k maintenance and this is when it happened. They hit our brand new car. Not a major accident but something we realized when the car got back home. I immediately called and told the service department what happened. They took down information and said they need to look at the tapes. NEVER EVEN SAID "COME DOWN, LET US TAKE A LOOK"!... And they told me they would call us on Monday after they look at the takes. 2/11/2019 - I call the store. As for the manager. He's in a "meeting" and was sent to the service manager. WHO WAS ALSO IN A MEETING! and left a message. Waited 3 hours and called again. Front desk secretary (who seems nice and stuck in the middle) answers and tells me the manager is still in the meeting. I leave another message. CALL AGAIN a few hours later. MANAGER STILL IN THAT REALLY IMPORTANT MEETING... Leave another message and tell her how unhappy I am. WE JUST BOUGHT A $50k CAR AND IT"S MY WORD VERSE THEM!!!!! She tells the manager and gets back on the phone just to tell me they need to review the tapes and get back to me. TODAY IS 2/14/2019. NO CALL! But my wife did get an auto text from the service manager ASKING HOW THE EXPERIENCE WAS....... My Sister bought a Camry from them a few years ago. She also had to pay more taxes after the sale. They are a POOR EXAMPLE OF THE TOYOTA BRAND!
Staff was very courteous and friendly. The sales person, Alex, was very helpful in answering questions. Negotiations were good. No pressure at all. The... buying process was straight forward and smooth. They setup the car for me and explained everything before I left the dealership.
They forged my contract . I signed a contract for 15k a year and they submitted to Toyota Financial Services for 12k I went to the dealership in a good... faith and I was scam Don’t even think to go there
Toyota of Morristown was going to charge me almost $1,000. to get work done on my SUV. From a friend’s recommendation, I called 2 other mechanics and found... one who would do the work for 1/2. Toyota was going to charge me for break pads, rotors and a caliber. The less expensive mechanic said that I didn’t need a new caliber because when they took it off to replace the break pads and rotors it came off nicely and it could go back on. This saved me another $100. In my experience, Toyota of Morristown doesn’t take the time to save their customers money, instead they try to make more money off of their customers with their already overpriced work. The second part of my experience with Toyota of Morristown’s is when I decided to go with the less expensive mechanic I had to get the car towed from Morristown to Denville. I told the rep at Morristown that I was going to have to go with another mechanic and that AAA was coming to pick the SUV up. Well, AAA came and left because the rep would not call me to say that the driver needed verbal permission from me. Instead the rep let the driver leave and he called me after the fact. The rep had my cell phone, if he would have extended himself I would not have had to pick up the SUV myself and drive it to Denvillewjrm it was unsafe. The rep didn’t do anything because I was bringing my business elsewhere. In other words there was nothing in it for him. When I spoke to him about he couldn’t say anything when I said that calling me after the fact is useless. That he should have called me I could do something. I texted him later about how I was going to share what happened with the general manager and 5 minutes later the rep, district manager and some other windbag called. Ultimately they didn’t take any responsibility and they sounded like a bunch of washed up used car salesman’s trying to sell me a bunch of bs. I would never go back their for an oil change and especially not for another vehicle.
The sales manager was a deceptive, dishonest joke! The promised a 50.00 incentive for referring a buyer and it was NOT paid! They promised a 2.9% lending... rate only to find it ballooned to almost 5% upon signing! There was a defective seat in my Toyota Prius that the factory blamed on Morristown Toyota which they promised to fix over 7 months ago! Stay away from this pathetic place like the plague. I have reported them (as have others) to the better business bureau and the owner seems clueless as to whats going on in her dealership! Bar none, the most horrific experience in buying a car!!
