My Wife and I walked in and were impressed with the building . our sales person David was impressive, we liked that the sales people each have a encloses office where as other dealerships you feel like its a cafeteria desks all over no privacy.

You know Brad I let my husband take care of the cars. He loves his Honda and the Service Advisor. He also comes back and tells me about Christine, Brandon, Rebecca and now Rachel. You were wise not to give him a job there , just kidding but he has very high expectations for Customer Service. From the day that I purchased the Qx50 , not really his type of car, he has put the care in the hands of Christine. It's awful if Christine is off, on vacation. I am sure there are capable people there, but Christine must know her cars and her customers. She doesn't sell him anything because she knows he has his own car log. I don't know that anyone is perfect, but because of his background Christine and networked with her contacts to help look for a job during the most battle of Covid and Unemployment. Who does that? My husband and people persons like Christine.

Been very happy with Holman for years, but it seems lately that there's an aggressive push for service, and that service prices are getting out of line.

I was extremely impressed with Sean Connolly who handled our recent lease- buy out of our QX50. I did not purchase the car from Holman, but he took the initiative to explain our options both in the short run and in the long run as well. He worked out the numbers for all of our choices, and we went with his recommendation to buy out the lease. In addition, he got us a great APR and took care of all the necessary paperwork like a Pro.
