Horrible experience dealing with salesman here. I had inquired about RX 350 F sport model online, followed up with a phone call and to ask which models/colors... available at this time. Was a brief conversation, but I was told "why are you calling me if you have a deal" - after I had told him I have been looking at another dealer, but Cherry Hill is closer to home, so I figured i'd call before purchasing elsewhere. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, perhaps he hates his job or doesn't enjoy conversation. Regardless, would not touch this dealership if this is representative of their group. Lucky to even have 1 star

Absolutely ignorant about their own cars in their inventory Used cars are priced above brand new cars on their own lot and other and far more respectable... dealers Sales agents aren't interested in a sale----eager to hang up after rushing through inaccurate information

The response from Lexus of Cherry Hill to the below review clearly shows the ignorant attitude of this dealership. Rather than trying to continually improve... themselves, their pricing model, their sales strategy, all they do is tag the review as suspect, and question the people writing the reviews. It clearly shows their ignorance, and attitude towards their potential customers. In addition, I was in their showroom a few months ago, and they didnt help me. Several salespeople looked at me and passed me right by, but no one approached me - bought at Haldeman in Princeton instead; better pricing, no pressure sales, and better attention to service. Lexus of Cherry Hill also tried to charge me for something that should have been covered in their Certified Warranty - what a joke this place is - avoid, avoid, avoid is all I can say...

Uncivilized sales person and unresponsive manager " Sales person threw paper where my wife was sitting upon requesting $500 reduction. We decided to forgive... him. Emboldened by this, after a month a call to him to help with service he blew up again. Complained to his sales manager, the way talked was trying to cover up his sales person, wanted to cut short the conversation. Very bad work culture, very uncivilized. Interested in money grabbing, just do not go here. Was a big mistake forgave the uncivilized sales person the first time. After the complaint the only good response received from Chuck Kaplan who sorted out my servicing and tech related issues. I understand the place is owned by a veteran so you expect some discipline and courtesy but non exists.

On May 14th 2019 To the management of Cherry Hill Lexus: I was a loyal customer of Cherry Hill Lexus last seven years. I brought Two vehicles (Lexus... RX 350) from them with good faith and confidence. Today May 14th 2019, I took the appointment to service my vehicle and dropped before time. As I was discussing my concerns with the service agent, the service director pass by and he directed to him our conversation which was very smooth. The service director was very reluctant and un professional and asked me to take my vehicle to somewhere else. He repeated that statement more than 10 times to go somewhere else. My concern was ; that he was charging me additional miscellaneous charges from $12 to 18/- for a service only. I could not justify that and I felt it is unfair. I was sharing that concern with him. The director was totally unprofessional and prejudged and too bossy ( I am the boss and I do whatever I want). My vehicle was at the ramp for service, but he called somebody to pull my car outside and asked me to take it out. My time, vehicles maintenance, my dignity, dealers reputation and credibility and human courtesy was questioned by him. Also he was so prejudice and discriminate and totally unprofessional. Ruining the good reputation of Cherry hill Lexus and put a black mark on your record. I cannot go and face him any more or any of my family community and friends will do business with you as long as this person is in his chair. With lots of pain and agony and disgrace, I am writing these words to you. My vehicle was not serviced?????? hope that you will open your eye and get rid off these kinds of bad elements from your organization. Thank you for reading my concerns...

I was coming off a Mercedes ML 350 (GLE 350) and this was my 3rd Mercedes lease. I couldn't imagine liking any vehicle as much, or more. And yes, I was... used to luxury. Well, on paper I narrowed it down to another Mercedes GLE 350 or the Lexus RX 350 and wasn't going to look at anything else. To my surprise, I fell in love with the Lexus RX 350! And happily so, since it's a welcomed change and stunning vehicle, and luxury all the way. I purchased it in black with the parchment interior, which is a gorgeous two-tone. Not only is it a looker, it's a smooth ride and no more high test gasoline! I'm thrilled with my purchase and more importantly, the entire sales experience. I met my salesperson, Clayton Woods, and from the get-go he had so much knowledge of the RX 350 and F Sport model and was able to contrast against my Mercedes. He was extremely helpful and supportive, especially knowing that this was a big decision for me after having an MB for the last 9 years. I especially appreciated his patience and understanding when I was having a difficult time deciding on the standard model or F Sport, and actually changed my mind the day of signing! He suggested I once again take both vehicles out and explained the differences. Well, that final time together cinched it for me and I knew the standard RX 350 was for me. In addition, the service I received throughout the dealership was amazing. Thank you Mike Cohen, Sales Manager, for all you did to make this a reality, and Andy too for the add-on I purchased. To say it was a pleasant experience is an understatement. I actually enjoyed the experience and never felt pressured or uncomfortable, and every moment spent at the dealership was productive and not a waste of my time. I highly recommend Clayton Woods and Cherry Hill Lexus and will be back in 3 years when this lease is over. Thanks again everyone!
