    I was coming off a Mercedes ML 350 (GLE 350) and this was my 3rd Mercedes lease. I couldn't imagine liking any vehicle as much, or more. And yes, I was... used to luxury. Well, on paper I narrowed it down to another Mercedes GLE 350 or the Lexus RX 350 and wasn't going to look at anything else. To my surprise, I fell in love with the Lexus RX 350! And happily so, since it's a welcomed change and stunning vehicle, and luxury all the way. I purchased it in black with the parchment interior, which is a gorgeous two-tone. Not only is it a looker, it's a smooth ride and no more high test gasoline! I'm thrilled with my purchase and more importantly, the entire sales experience. I met my salesperson, Clayton Woods, and from the get-go he had so much knowledge of the RX 350 and F Sport model and was able to contrast against my Mercedes. He was extremely helpful and supportive, especially knowing that this was a big decision for me after having an MB for the last 9 years. I especially appreciated his patience and understanding when I was having a difficult time deciding on the standard model or F Sport, and actually changed my mind the day of signing! He suggested I once again take both vehicles out and explained the differences. Well, that final time together cinched it for me and I knew the standard RX 350 was for me. In addition, the service I received throughout the dealership was amazing. Thank you Mike Cohen, Sales Manager, for all you did to make this a reality, and Andy too for the add-on I purchased. To say it was a pleasant experience is an understatement. I actually enjoyed the experience and never felt pressured or uncomfortable, and every moment spent at the dealership was productive and not a waste of my time. I highly recommend Clayton Woods and Cherry Hill Lexus and will be back in 3 years when this lease is over. Thanks again everyone!

    I bought a car in the month of July just because initially i visited the dealer and meet the sales agent by name Shaun Minor. He was too good. When I... went later and bought the car but unfortunately Shaun was not there. Within two months my car had an accident and it was totally damaged. Now I am planning to get my second car. If I have to buy another Lexus than I will go with this dealership and buy it with Shaun Minor as my agent. He really helped me in getting all the necessary paperwork to present it to my insurance company.

    My service agent James Carney uses exceptional customer relationship skills. He is a model candidate of what custom service is, even if the mechanical... expertise was not above "PAR" I would still consider this dealership due to the excellent customer service received from Mr. James Carney.

    The Lexus I have has a braking feature that I have never experienced on another vehicle. It uses the swerve light as an indicator of a "secondary brake"... for hills, etc. However, I did not understand what this light meant when it came on or how I had triggered it. When I went in for my 20,000 mile service, I discussed this mystery with my service coordinator and he didn't just explain it --- he got a tech to take me out in my car and show me what moves turn it on and turn it off. (In other words, it doesn't necessarily mean "swerve" in these conditions, which had confused me.) I really appreciated the brief show-and-tell and it made more more confident in driving in my own vehicle.

    When discussing with the service rep. I was told the cost of my service including the service pack used was $199 plus tax. When my wife picked the car... up, there was an additional $20 Miscellaneous Parts fee that no one bothered to explain. When I called the service rep and left a message, I never received a return call. That is poor customer service. Experiences like this in the past are why I didn't buy the car at your dealership. Two of the three Lexus vehicles I purchased were from another dealer.
