Scammers, please avoid!

First of all, this dealership has about 10% of the inventory all the other ones on the same block do, so I would go to them instead. Also, they have multiple locations but only post their cars under one location, so don’t expect it to be easy to figure out where the car is. I scheduled time with a sales rep for 11am. Drove 1.5 hours (75 miles) through Philly just to have them sell the car from out from under me 20 minutes before I got there. They schedule multiple people at the same time, so as long as one person buys, and they make their commission, everyone else trying to visit can pound dirt once they get there. Please go somewhere else, there’s a reason their reviews are so bad.

DONT GO HERE

This place is for vehicles under warranty only, and even if I had a vehicle with a warranty I would never bring my car here as the mechanics are lazy. To preface- my car is my baby, I do most of the work myself but as it had an active recall I brought it to the dealership to address some issues. I brought my 2009 Mazdaspeed3 in for a recall and 75k mile service. I also told them that the headlights weren't working correctly because the ballasts and igniters were failing. I asked them to check for a noise in the front suspension and to see why the new brakes were squealing. The mechanic who did the service did an unbelievably poor job. He cut every corner, he reattached my headlight using just 1 of the 4 bolts required! It was literally shaking on my drive home. I found the other 2 bolts wedged under my windshield wiper . The covers for the wiper tray were pried off and never put back on . The entire undertray was reattached using just 5 plastic screws, I had to replace the other 10. I have no doubt it would have fallen off at high speeds. They ended up charging me $350 just to diagnose that the ballasts and igniters were failing, even though I had already told them that!!! They then wanted $650 JUST FOR PARTS, so I went online and found the exact same OEM parts for $80... In all I spent $1000 for them to install the End Links that I PROVIDED, do an oil change and do an awful job putting my car back together. They never even looked for the noise in my front suspension, or addressed the squealing brakes. And the kicker! After getting my car back, all sorts of new electrical gremlins- the clock button no longer works, cant set the correct time. The AC temperature now displays in Celsius and cant be adjusted! I ended up spending my weekend taking my front end apart to fix the headlights myself, and learning all about the corners they had cut. NEVER GO HERE!

No Nonsense Customer Care and Satisfaction

How refreshing! The Mazda team put my son and me first. We negotiated a fair price by phone and e-mail. When we arrived at the dealership, the exact car we agreed upon was waiting for us (sparkling clean and ready to drive off the lot). We didn't pay a penny out of pocket, just as we had previously discussed. No surprises! We just signed a few papers and we were out the door. Super service with a smile!

Took my car to Mazda Maple Shade for the airbag

Took my care to Mazda Maple Shade for the airbag recall and oil change. Sat in my car and was driving and felt something underneath looked and it was 2 screws on my seat. Look down on the passengers side only to find wads of paper towels left on my floor. Driving back to my home someone says you headlights are out, get out to check not only my headlights but my fog light is out. When I called the shop to complain I was told by a very disrespectful and insensitive service guy David, that it was not their fault my lights were out, they didn't do it and if I want them replaced they are going to charge me for it. Does David think because I am black female I am stupid. My lights were fine until they worked on my car. I will not be going there for service again. The ladies there are very pleasant. But David is very arrogant. Do not deal with him at Maple Shade Mazda.

Service not good

Very poor communication. We had to constantly call to get status. Of course the so called initial problem turned into something worse-again with no communication once found out. Then to say they do not work with extended warranty . Crappy all the way around .

Great low-pressure sales process

My 18 year old Mazda Protege died, went to MS Mazda looking at Mazda3. Jerry was very helpful in getting the model and color I wanted, along with a great deal. Highly recommended.
