Very poor communication. We had to constantly call to get status. Of course the so called initial problem turned into something worse-again with no communication... once found out. Then to say they do not work with extended warranty . Crappy all the way around .

I got my 4th Mazda two days ago from Marta at MS Mazda. This is actually my 3rd from this particular dealership and it's their extreme customer service... that has brought me back and helped me convince 3 people to buy Mazda's there as well. Her helpfulness and positive energy made buying a car feel so easy, from the test drive to the final drive off the lot. Brian is also amazing with his numbers and paperwork. I would, and do, recommend MS Mazda to everyone!

Over Priced for basic maintenance. Despite free oil changes they make up the difference by over charging for the basic car maintenance and inspection,... charging over $100.00 for 7,500 tire rotation and balance and charging over $300 for 15,000 service which is just tire balance /rotation and new air filters.
I recently had recall work done to my Mazda RX-8. Everybody in-service is very helpful from the girls that book the appointments to the service manager... who despite being busy took time to listen to my car concerns. While waiting I looked at some new cars I was very impressed at how knowledgeable the saleswoman was about not only the car I was interested in but their entire line. I would recommend Maple Shade Mazda to my family and friends and have.
Wrote a previous negative review for this dealership. Today I picked up car this morning. Got a sincere apology from auto body manager. Seems like they... had several run ins with Murphy's Law these past few days. The work performed is excellent! They also through in a 52,500 mileage maintenance package for free next time I return for service, which I plan to do, to compensate for extra car rental expense. More than willing to go back to dealer again to see how it goes.
Very bad service and poor customer service... Run from the dealer.... Carlos the Service Manager is rude!!!
I went in just to get some information and to see the inside of a CX-5. Najee was the staff member that greeted us. I told him that I was just currently... looking - in case, like other dealers 'I' was just kicking tires and they then decide to not help you. That was NOT the case with him! He took his time with us, answered any questions, explained the dealerships policy for service and warranty and basically had the car sell itself! When I am ready to buy, it's going to be Najee and Maple Shade Mazda..!
