Great dealership!

Great experience!!! Found a pre owned Tahoe online, inquired about it and got a call fairly quickly. Set an appointment to go see the truck. Everything went smoothly from there. Warm, inviting and laid back (but professional) staff made the day very enjoyable.

2015 dodge ram 3500

Well for people that actually read the reviews I’m here to update on my situation that started on 10/17/22! We finally decided that we would just contact our insurance to fix the contaminated def tank in doing so we had a $500 deductible that burns was so generously willing to pay as long as I took all my reviews down and signed an agreement to never post about this matter again! Well as you can already see we declined! I pick up our truck today after needing 5700 $ mind you this truck has been at dodge since 10/17 maybe off a day or so till today! I drove it to work then home then back again to pick up my other vehicle just to have the engine light come back on! Back to the mechanic it goes! I believe that this truck has many issues and was sold to us knowing they existed! I will spend every minute I have to deal with this truck making sure EVERYONE that wants to explore the option of purchasing a vehicle from burns Buick GMC knows exactly what they are about! A 2015 Dodge Ram 3500 with 81,000 miles on it had this for 4 days! There was no remorse just fingers pointing at us like we purposely did something to cause the DEF fluid to gel up! CJ the GM was nothing but unprofessional and if you chose to buy a vehicle from them he will do the same to you! this has been so stressful on us and frustrating we still have payments on something we can’t drive! Think about this before u go for ur next new/used vehicle!

My experience with Burns was one of the best , Anthony was vey helpful in answering all my questions , sending videos as I bought on line for the first time and made the 4 hour drive to purchase . I was not disappointed upon arrival , with ease of transaction, Anthony’s professional service and a beautiful new GMC truck . Bought a 2019 GMC Acaidia 31000 milrs .

Bought a 2019 GMC Acaidia 31000 milrs .Pick up car next day /drove home. Came back next day small dent by gas tank /they fixed it same day. Car was cleaned on outside/ wax was left on inside all by door seals .Told me to gat Windex to clean it . I donot understand how you donot inspect , a clean used car after you sold it They ordered me a missing part 8 weeks later nothing /contacted several times /I orderrd 5 days I replaced it 856 miles later shifter, trans cable, gas pedal sensor had to be replaced . Took it to a different GMC DEALER IN Brunswick to get it replaced under warranty . Car was due for oil change accprding to papers left in car. I NEVER go back for servoce , even carwash by them again . Buy a GMC Allied extened warranty not aftermarket .Aftermarket are not eqaul !

4th Buick Lease....Need I say more????

I truly feel as if I'm treated like family here. I visit the same service manager, Eric, every visit I make. We talk vacations, family and do our general update. And I feel like he REALLY cares!!!

Purchased a AWS 3( dent and ding and wheel protection)

Purchased a AWS 3( dent and ding and wheel protection) for extended warranty 1-5 yr and refused to fix or replace my rim after hitting pot hole, and also refused to fix a paintless ding .Service department gets a ZERO in my book. My new truck two me 2018 Silverado ,also has a extended warranty .Brought it less then two years ago.I will let you know how that goes when I take it back to get serviced
