Buyers beware with this dealership. They will withhold information, as well as lie about features on vehicles. When confronted with information about said sales practices the manager I spoke with was not only rude, and disrespectful but also completely disregarded my claims. He dismiss them and look to defend the predator like sales environment and practice.

Spent Tuesday at 8 dealerships looking at 15 cars. Micheal Cifalidi was my Ford salesman. He was great. I was looking at new cars. He turned me on to a used Fiesta with 2800 miles. Chris Long was great at representing Holman Ford. I arrived Black Friday with the intentions of test driving a Ford Fusion. I arrived and informed Chris that I would be test driving two other manufacturers and would not be making a decision until the following day. Chris didn't pressure for the buy and was pleasant throughout the entire experience. Once I went with the fusion, Chris came back with a great price and even recommended financing through Ford as a better option then my Credit union. I was approved with 2 points better rate.
