During the recent extremely cold weather I heard a "clunking" noise coming from the driver's side front suspension whenever I would go up or down my driveway with the wheels turned slightly to the right. Also heard it during slow right turns and over some bumps. Had recently had the front struts replaced; so was concerned that something had come loose. Once the weather warmed, I no longer heard the noise. Your team, including the shop foreman, thoroughly checked the car, determined that everything was still securely connected, changed my wipers, and secured a loose clip inside the driver's door thereby eliminating an annoying rattle. As always, from Nancy to Dave Veigel, this time Paul, and all your techs, competence, courtesy, and efficiency.

Don't really know what happened here, but I do believe this could have been a better experience.
