I have only been there for a install of a bed liner that was a great experience!!! I will be going back for a warranty fix...

Medford Ford facilities is extremely outdated. The service Dept. and waiting area are too far apart. Some of the staff give you the attitude that they?ve been there forever and Ford can?t live without them. Billing dept. just takes your money. If you have a question about the service. They act that you?re Inconveniencing them With questions and concerns about your vehicle. I?d like to purchase another Ford vehicle. But nothing Medford Ford was too small or to much out of my budget.

Always a Great Experience at Medford Ford!
We always get a fair price and great service at Medford Ford. We have a 2003 Ford Excursion that is important to our large family because we can't afford to replace it (they make nothing that size anymore) and it is perfect for towing our camper on long trips. The Excursion is getting old in so many ways, and Medford Ford is always finding ways to make our large repairs affordable, and taking the "beast" in last minute when she decides to break down they day before a long trip. After the Medford Ford mechanics do the repairs, we are on our way and never get stuck far from home!
