Horrible customer service, i was told i was geting my car
Horrible customer service, i was told i was geting my car back on a friday, no one give me a call to say it wouldn’t be sone on friday. However i called the friday afternoon to find out they told me Monday. Monday same thing happen no update when i called “your car is finish its going to wash ill give u a call today or tomorrow”. Mind you i an appointment to drop off my car the monday at the wrap shop to get the area fixed re wraped, didnt get the car there untill wednesday when i picked it up. This the second time im experiencing the lack of customer service at this dealership

I have been dealing with Mt. Ephraim Dodge for over 10 years, I have only good things to say about how they treat me as a customer. I've find that these representatives are forward with handling my car and work with me on getting the proper repairs needed to get back on the road, with an ease of mind when I pick up my vehicle. As far as purchasing a new vehicle, my salesperson, Dwayne, was respectful and most helpful in the purchase of a new vehicle.

Just got my third vehicle from this dealership. Still happy with my service. I've done business with Mt Ephraim Dodge for about 7 years now and don't plan on going to any other dealership for my future auto needs. My most recent salesman Kaleb has gone above and beyond for me, always helpful when I call, was able to answer any question that I had, while doing it all with a smile on his face. Same goes for the service department. When you call them it's like talking to someone in your family. You feel very comfortable. So if you're looking for a good happy vibe place to buy a car, then go here. Ask for Kaleb! But in reality, everyone that works there is pleasant.
