I didn't have an appointment since my problem occurred the night before. My car was serviced quickly and was ready in two hours.

Janis, the best service adivsor!

Janis, the service advisor, always gives the customer the best service experience. She advices you of the costs in advance, calls to tell you if there are any delays in the repair and calls when the service is done. Janis is 5 stars!

Excellent dealership with excellent people

I had been looking for a used Honda CR-V. I found one online and came into Napleton to check it out. I knew right away it was the car I was looking for!! Jill and Joe in sales were awesome with helping me make this car mine! Also Andrew in finance helped me and explained everything I needed to know about the extended warranties. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal and awesome people!!

Best experience

I am so happy that I met Moody today at Napelton Honda!!! He sold me a brand new 2016 Honda CRV that I absolutely love!!! Moody made my car buying experience one of the best that I have had in my life and I really was discouraged about buying a car because of past experiences, but Moody changed my entire attitude about purchasing a new car and he turned my discouragement to encouragement. If anyone is looking to buy a new car without all the stress, well choose Moody at Napelton Honda because he is the BEST!!!!!

No additional services suggested That I didn't nee

Juan assisted me. He told me the services I needed for the mileage on my car and did not try to sell me what I did not need. The service department got my car serviced within 45 minutes to an hour. It was a good experience.

Shopping with Napleton - A Piece of Cake!

Between my wife and I, we've owned 6 Hondas (the last, just recently purchased); all bought from Ed Napleton. We are very pleased with past service and are even more satisfied with the way we were treated during our last visit. Our salesperson, Alvin Crowder could not have been more helpful. He worked patiently with us, and was very serious about taking care of the business; making sure we were absolutely satisfied. He is a real gentleman. The General Manager, Alex Marron, was also a delight to work with; answering our many questions and he did his best to make sure we understood every aspect of the deal. I cannot omit Jill Verbich (sales consultant) and Larry Chambers (delivery manager). They were very helpful, as well. Our overall experience - A+

Excellent Service and Good Team of Workers

When I entered the dealership I was greeted immediately by Joseph Ritchie, very understanding and he was so help. When I go to any store the first thing I look at is how ther sales person will treat me. I can't say enough about this young man, he was so understand and made me feel that he listened to everything I requested. Great Job Joseph, keep up the great job. Great Deal with accord LX

This is my first time purchasing a new car in my life, and I am very satisfied with the 2016 Honda accord LX I bought here. With no experience with any car purchase before, I was a little worried that I would be talked into spending a whole lot more money then get a problematic car. It was just the opposite. My sales man, Rafael, he was so helpful and patiently guided me through the process, and made sure that I was satisfied with both the price and the quality of the new car. It has been 3 months now and I have been enjoying my new car very much. So anyone who is trying to purchase either a new car or a used car should visit this place and you will find some very nice deal here. Ray
