Unprofessional, horrible customers service, employees and managers cracking jokes on customers, try to over sale you, give you the run around acting like they can’t help just to brush you off to another representative.

I had a very pleasant experience and I got more than what I came in for Thanks to JP. He made it as to where I was very comfortable in testing out the Pilot and telling me all of my options so that I may make the best choice for myself. He was kind and very knowledgeable.
