On December 12, 2020, I started my search for a Honda...

On December 12, 2020, I started my search for a Honda dealer that I felt would give me a good deal. I wanted to upgrade my car. My first stop was the location where I purchased my 2012 and 2015 Civic. I knew what I wanted to pay, as well as the color of the car. I was literally dismissed. I moved on to another dealer and got close to a deal but, we did not close on a deal. On December 17, 2020, I met Eric Labauex, Sales Consultant at Napleton’s River Oaks Honda. Eric was very professional, made my car buying experience smooth and hassle free. He was kind, considerate and patient. He took the time to ask the right questions and answered my questions. I was completely satisfied with the service and my deal. I would strongly, strongly recommend friends and relatives to see Eric to get that Honda experience. Mike Klein, in Finance, was pleasant and professional. My next encounter was Larry Chambers, Delivery Manager. Larry went through the workings of the auto I purchased; I was able to drive out knowing pretty much how everything worked. His knowledge and guidance were exceptional. Again, I was completely satisfied. My overall experience at Napleton’s River Oaks Honda was awesome. I left with much more than expected!

I've been getting my cars from this dealership since 2009. I've bought 3 cars and 3 trucks and the service have always been great from the beginning to the end. But this year I had a chance to work with a young man Joseph Caldwell who went above and beyond the call. He got me in and out the door. I recommend this car dealership to everyone just because of the service and good people that works there.

I had the worst experience of all time here!!! I didn’t want to even buy a car they told me that they wanted to buy my car and set me up with a new car so I decided it wouldn’t hurt to check. WRONG terriable customer service and communication. Also I asked please come get me before appraising my car or driving it the man agreed and then next thing I see is my car gone without my consent. Then bothe appraiser and sales agent both gave me attitude instead of being understanding also gave smart remarks when I decided to leave and tried to confront me physically. DONT TRUST ANYONE HERE I WAS FOOLED INTO A HORRIBLE DAY AND EXPERIENCE!!!
