Service dept. scratched my door panel while doing repairs gave car back not saying anything. Now I have to take more time off work to get fixed,guy is... only there Thur. Mornings. Like your time does not matter to them. Thought Cadillac dealership was suppose to be upper echelon.
I have bought multiple vehicles from Kerbeck over the past 20 years. There salesmen are courteous, well mannered, very knowledgeable to always answered... all my questions. The showroom is amazing, the service department has skilled certified mechanics who take pride in your car like it was their own. My salesman always help me with ordering my vehicle with the best options for my price range. I highly recommend this dealership.
I have been going into the exotic Kerbeck showroom for years with the ultimate intention of buying my dream car. Finally I found the right Certified Bentley... that fit my budget and I couldn't have had a better experience. I have been working with my salesperson Greg for a few years now trying to find the right car and he has always taken the time to walk me through the inventory each time I stopped by to look around. It has been a blessing and a dream come true to finally own my Bentley and I could not have picked a better place to make it all happen. Much Respect to Greg and the staff at F.C. As always Kerbeck went above and Beyond on My Bentley Service. They have a New Covered Transport Truck that picked up and Dropped off my Bentley Convertible... Fully Serviced and detailed. Their Driver Eric couldn't have been more helpful. He even reprogrammed my Garage Door opener that was not working. Much Appreciated!

On the whole, a relatively painless experience - my wife and I came with the exact car that we wanted to purchase, even picked it out of the lot for them.... We knew what we wanted for our trade, and that's where it got a little sideways. After negotiating a lower trade in cost than we had expected, we were greeted by a sales manager who tried to get us down even further - as if we didn't understand why we should get what the car was worth. The the point that as we came down $3500, he was unwilling to move $5. Seriously, $5. He said he had to win...which really gave me a terrible taste in my mouth. In fact, had we found this car anywhere else, that would have been the point at which I walked. But, we were boxed in, so I bit my tongue and let it go. Needless to say, we'll be avoiding going back.
The fellas at the service desk are the most pleasant, and always tell the best options possible!!
