Kerbeck patriarch of the Kerbeck family and grandfather of the three Kerbeck brothers who are the present day owners began bringing his dream of providing quality transportation to the growing Philadelphia-area population. He sold horse-drawn buggies to well-to-do families and when their chauffeurs would bring the buggies in for repair or to change their configuration from winter to summer or vice versa Charles F. Kerbeck provided overnight lodging for them. Horse drawn carriages evolved into coaches powered by gasoline engines which evolved into automobiles. Dane Stanton lied about condition of $293k Bentley

I was shopping for a Bentley for my mom and fount a “demo” 2021 GTC in Dragon Red. I inquired and started communicating with Dane Stanton from the Kerbeck store in New Jersey. After some discussion, to which Dane was prompt to reply and even called a couple of times in order to lock down the deal. Dane inspected the car for me and told me it was in “pristine” condition just as new. I asked about shipping and was told it could be shipped within a few days. I wired the full amount of $293,000 to the dealership. Once that was done and the first set of papers were signed, things went silent. After some messages, I finally found out the car was not shipped as discussed so now 7-10 days were wasted. Dane sent apology texts saying how bad he felt, which was pure lies. Well, the car finally arrived and I notice there is an 8” curb rash on the passenger front wheel. I immediately try to get a hold of Dane to silence. I sent pictures showing the damage was there, noted by the shipper and acknowledged by the dealership. Of course, this was never relayed to me. Dane finally responded with “…spoke to my branch manager and he says you purchased a pre-owned car…”. So there you have it. $293k for a car in “new” condition yet it has a damaged wheel. It is one thing if this were a $200 wheel, but these aren’t cheap. I can assure you, had I known about this, it would have been resolved prior to purchase or the deal would not have happened. I am certain Dane knows the same, which is why he flat out lied about the condition. Had I known this dealership had issues and a potential to lie, I would have flown out to see it for myself. I can assure you the flight would have been cheaper than replacing this wheel. Never again will I buy anything from any Kerbeck dealer knowing they have Branch Managers and dishonest salesman like Dane Stanton

Service

Service dept. scratched my door panel while doing repairs gave car back not saying anything. Now I have to take more time off work to get fixed,guy is only there Thur. Mornings. Like your time does not matter to them. Thought Cadillac dealership was suppose to be upper echelon.

Outstanding Dealership!!!

I have bought multiple vehicles from Kerbeck over the past 20 years. There salesmen are courteous, well mannered, very knowledgeable to always answered all my questions. The showroom is amazing, the service department has skilled certified mechanics who take pride in your car like it was their own. My salesman always help me with ordering my vehicle with the best options for my price range. I highly recommend this dealership.

Well worth the Wait!

I have been going into the exotic Kerbeck showroom for years with the ultimate intention of buying my dream car. Finally I found the right Certified Bentley that fit my budget and I couldn't have had a better experience. I have been working with my salesperson Greg for a few years now trying to find the right car and he has always taken the time to walk me through the inventory each time I stopped by to look around. It has been a blessing and a dream come true to finally own my Bentley and I could not have picked a better place to make it all happen. Much Respect to Greg and the staff at F.C. Kerbeck for their continued patience and efforts to get me into my new car.

Pick Up and Drop Off Service at Its Finest

As always Kerbeck went above and Beyond on My Bentley Service. They have a New Covered Transport Truck that picked up and Dropped off my Bentley Convertible Fully Serviced and detailed. Their Driver Eric couldn't have been more helpful. He even reprogrammed my Garage Door opener that was not working. Much Appreciated!

Extremely arrogant and unprofessional

I sold my Bentley so I don't have to deal with these people anymore. Stay away from FC Kerbeck at any cost sales or service Department

It shouldn't be about you winning.

On the whole, a relatively painless experience - my wife and I came with the exact car that we wanted to purchase, even picked it out of the lot for them. We knew what we wanted for our trade, and that's where it got a little sideways. After negotiating a lower trade in cost than we had expected, we were greeted by a sales manager who tried to get us down even further - as if we didn't understand why we should get what the car was worth. The the point that as we came down $3500, he was unwilling to move $5. Seriously, $5. He said he had to win...which really gave me a terrible taste in my mouth. In fact, had we found this car anywhere else, that would have been the point at which I walked. But, we were boxed in, so I bit my tongue and let it go. Needless to say, we'll be avoiding going back.
