Craig and Tom were an absolute pleasure to work with. After visiting several other Ford dealerships, I can confidently say I will 100% return to River View Ford in the future. Their team was honest, low-pressure, and highly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We couldn’t be happier with our 2025 Bronco Sport—thank you for such a great experience!

The internet buying experience was great. Craig Holsman was helpful and when a vehicle I was inquiring about was sold he mentioned another vehicle that they had just taken in that matched what I needed for me son. It was a 2017 Ford Focus with only 30K miles. As anyone looking for cars today knows that it is hard to find an older car with low miles. The price was very fair. When we got to store the Sales Manager, Tom Julian, was also very helpful and made the buying experience memorable for my son. He was very cordial and I know we got a very good deal on the car. Over the decades of buying cars, this was by far the best interaction we have had with a dealership. If I had this interaction years ago when buying a car, I think we would have been a long term Ford family. We also met the owner, John Hennessy, and that also supported the fact that this store has an old school approach and treats their customers in the right way. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family in the future.

It all started with Craig helping us find a vehicle within our budget. Then we let him know that we would be coming in to look at some of their stock vehicles. While at the dealership, Aldo helped us with the test drive and get everything wrapped up! It was a very easy transaction and we appreciate all of their help!

Bought a new Ford F-150 Wednesday from Internet manager Craig Holsman. Who knew that buying a vehicle could be this easy? They gave me a fair trade-in amount. Craig and finance manager Joe Bouche took care of all the details easily, smoothly and quickly. I’m their customer for life now!
