This dealership has some very good people who make the dealership it is. They are honest and caring people. If I have to purchase another vehicle and can’t purchase it from my friend I will buy from Riverview. The owner impressed me immensely. When I was there one time having a conversation with him he was asking questions and I was being honest so was he. Didn’t find out till the end of the conversation the person I was speaking with was the owner. I appreciate people like that. He really cares and I can’t say that about everyone.

The internet buying experience was great. Craig Holsman was helpful and when a vehicle I was inquiring about was sold he mentioned another vehicle that they had just taken in that matched what I needed for me son. It was a 2017 Ford Focus with only 30K miles. As anyone looking for cars today knows that it is hard to find an older car with low miles. The price was very fair. When we got to store the Sales Manager, Tom Julian, was also very helpful and made the buying experience memorable for my son. He was very cordial and I know we got a very good deal on the car. Over the decades of buying cars, this was by far the best interaction we have had with a dealership. If I had this interaction years ago when buying a car, I think we would have been a long term Ford family. We also met the owner, John Hennessy, and that also supported the fact that this store has an old school approach and treats their customers in the right way. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family in the future.
