It’s a pleasure to deal with the Ace team. I’ve bought 3 vehicles from them at a fair price with great financing. The best part for me is that we did all of the time consuming part through email. Only thing we did in person was sign and pickup the cars. They take the pain out of buying a car.

Been a month since work was done, guess I’m not going to
Been a month since work was done, guess I’m not going to get a review from them by email. Back on April 13 of 2023 I took my truck in to have them replace my front wheel hub and bearings for front left side. Drop off so I could pickup that night then I get call from them saying that they need to keep truck one more day because they broke something and needed more time to fix and I said ok, got the truck next day bill was 899.10 for replacing both wheel hub bearings which only had 73,000 miles on them. So now less then 1 year and 9,000 mile later that same noise is back so I take truck back to Ace Ford and tell them same noise is back and they said 150.00 the test drive and find problem. What ever I said then I found out the the wheel hub bearings they put in where not Ford parts the where from Advance Auto and that they told me. I do not remember them telling me anything about that and then they said the part number is not there’s and that’s how I should have done plus they wouldn’t have done work if I would have said no. If I would have said no then they wouldn’t have been able to get my truck back, anyway why would I take my truck to Ford and pay them to put in after market parts that’s nuts. So after fighting with them they charged me 396.60 and once again put in after market parts from Advance Auto in my truck. I believe they took truck apart then realized they didn’t have the parts and tried to get over on me
