Had First appointment in the morning at 7:45am for an oil change while I waited and it took 2 hours to complete the job.

Service was ready for my vehicle at the appointment time and work was done in a timely matter. Use this dealership for all my Ford vehicle work !

I scheduled an oil change on-line and the service department kept to the appointment time. I had a slow tire leak and the service supervisor/manager met me in the waiting area and explained the matter fully and took care of my issue. When complete, the service supervisor/manager met me again and went over the vehicle diagnostics and explained them in simple terms.
