I bought my daughter anew altima last year I went back to the dealership to buy her a new Rogue I talked to Chuck who sold me her last car I told them I wanted her to test drive one she liked it they gave me the price I told them she was unsure so Chuck said if I didn't take it that night I would have to want until he was back in from his day off dont know why I had to wait Tom was there next day so I called them up an Chuck wasn't in yet but Tom sales manager I talked to an I said can she take it for a nother text drive to make sure liked it .Tom was rude an said no because she is 17 an I told him that she's insured I ask him wants that have to do with it you guys let her the day before drive the car now I bought two cars off of them an my mom bought two altimas when I got there I told Chuck to forget it I'm not buying it no more due to Tom conformation we had Woodbury Nissan they are a repeat customer I was an never go back to buy another car again will not recommend them neither so I went to another dealship an bought her the more expensive Rogue there loss not mine I buy cars every one to two years

Got yelled at in the middle of the sales floor!!

We called the dealer to get a price on a Jeep Cherokee. We were told by the salesman Gary, the price was $44,500. When we got to the dealer the sales manager Tommy Piermatteo told us the price was $47,500. A three thousand dollar increase. Tommy kept playing games with the numbers on the trade in and interest rates. When we called him out on all of his games, he lost it and yelled at us in the middle of the sales floor while all the customers watched. So unprofessional!! The salesman Gary was great! Very professional, no pressure, he should leave this dealership and go elsewhere. They don't deserve him. I have been buying cars for years and never had or seen a sales manager yell at a customer in the middle of the sales floor. He should be FIRED!!! Shortly after leaving we received a phone call from another sales manager Ernie, who said he heard the commotion and wanted to apologize for Tommy's behavior. Ernie was very nice. Seems like Tommy is the bad egg taking this dealership down.

Friendly ,fair and knowledgeable

Dealt with Woodbury Nissan in the past and have always made a deal I was happy with. Had another great experience this Saturday. Our salesperson was Bobby Clark and he was a gem . Knowledgeable ,patient and extremely helpful and trustworthy. Tommy and Ed in management were great and worked with my wife and I until we were completely confident we great a great deal on the car we wanted. If you are looking for a Nissan...buy here.

Excellent Car Buying Experience

Woodbury Nissan made my first car buying experience definitely one to remember. It was a summer Monday night 10 minutes before the door was closing and the guys still managed to help me with welcoming arms unlike some other car dealers. I walked out an hour later owning a Nissan Sentra SR with a bargain price tag. Bobby, Paul, Tommy, and Chris made it possible for me to drive off in a brand new car on a college students budget. They were more then helpful by informing me what apps to get on my phone and actually sat me down to teach me how to use it. I cannot thank these guys and Woodbury Nissan enough. Definitely the Best Dealer in the area (and I've been to several dealers)! They will not disappoint!

Chris made my experience at Woodbury Nissan very easy and unforgettable. Chris truly is there for the customer. I believe that Chris W.is a very important and quality employee for Woodbury nissan. My salesman Bobby Clark made my experience quick and easy. He is definitely there to satisfy the customer at al cost. While dealing with Tom P and Ernie they explained everything perfectly so my wife and I could understand the process of buying a new car. The folks at Woodbury Nissan are truly the best at what they do and sincerely care about the customer.

Awesome Experience with Dealership

I recently purchased a new car from Woodbury Nissan, the sales man Paul Verdi & Tommy P worked extremely hard to find a car which I was looking for. Paul is very good salesman and knew how to approach customer. The finance process went quickly and was easier than expected, John Barone made it simple . Overall a good experience. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a car to buy from Woodbury Nissan and I will certainly be back when the time comes for my next vehicle.

My experience was the best I ever had purchasing a car. Anthony was very professional and went above and beyond getting me into my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. His professionalism and the professionalism of the entire staff really made my experience second to none. I would reccommend Woodbury Nissan to anyone and everyone.

Bought new car

I love this dealership. The staff are all so nice and helpful. This is the third car I have bought from them and they have the best prices. They worked with me on what options I wanted and made it happen. This is probably the only Nissan dealer I would go to.
