My Wife has been a Honda owner / driver for approximately 20 years and on the verge of switching until we met Ms. Cafeiro and the new 2018 Pilot . Susan is an Amazing Lady that is so very knowledgeable of all the Honda products and a genuine , caring person . Secondly Honda somehow seems to have read my mind on All of the issues I have had with the 2015 Pilot my wife had settled on . Great experience as always. The only thing I noticed was the info that my battery failed. On a recent visit I noted that 2 other customers were told their battery had failed. Makes one think they are pushing batteries or their tester is incorrect. Even in coldest weather my car starts immediately and it is left outside.
