I've only had good experience with dealing with Avalon Honda. Hassle-free! A few years ago I bought a pre-owned car. Recently. I noticed that paint was fading in several areas. I took the car in and spoke with operations director Joe DiMonte. Shortly afterwards he got back to me and said , "Avalon Honda would fix all areas on my car free of charge where the paint was fading." Wow,!!! I can assure you I was very Happy to hear this and now my Civic shines bright again, Thank You Do Much. Joe

Had my first 5000 mile service review for my new Honda Passport. It was completed in 35 minutes while Bill Smith in Sales explained a dashboard control question I had. I then waited in the Avalon Honda lounge with complimentary coffee. Excellent.

Took my car to Avalon Honda collision center for service after hitting a deer. Within 1 week they ordered parts and fix everything/painted. Looks amazing!!! Thank you Joe DiMonte and staff for doing great quality work so fast.

This was my first visit to Avalon Honda. The car broke down and being new to the area I didn't know where to go. After going online and reading many favorable reviews on your dealership I had the car towed in. I called the service department to discuss the situation and spoke with Ross. He was very professional, friendly and said they would take a look as soon as it arrived and he would get back to me. He was in constant communications with me every step of the way. All estimates and timelines he gave were accurate and timely. The repair was very expensive and he was very empathetic and it showed in his conversations. I picked the car up and once again in the conversation I could tell he felt bad. He said he did all that he could do but was going to talk to the Honda rep to see if they could help out in this situation. Again as promised he called me back the next day with very good news. I felt very comfortable speaking with Ross and believe he truly cares about the customers. In this one experience dealing with him he won me over as a new customer for your organization.
