My wife purchased her "dream" car (2012 RX...

My wife purchased her "dream" car (2012 RX 350)from Lexus of Atlantic City a few weeks ago. Not only was she thrilled with it, I was hooked too. We passed the Pre-Owned lot and decided to stop in. The cars they had on the lot were really nice. This is where we met Vinnie, our salesperson. He was very friendly from the start. We test drove two different pre-owned Lexus cars and decided that the RX 350 was also perfect for me. A few hours later, we returned and I test drove another RX 350 and I was sold!!!! Vinnie and the entire staff were so accommodating. We even had a tour of the service department. From my wife's purchase, to mine...the service was top notch. Vinnie was professional, yet he made us feel very comfortable. It was not your typical car buying experience...this one was special from the moment we arrived. Overall, if you in the market for a new or pre-owned car, look no further. Lexus of Atlantic City is the place to go!

My daughter purchased a brand new RX 350 and she was so...

My daughter purchased a brand new RX 350 and she was so thrilled with her new car and with her experience at Lexus of Atlantic City, we decided to pay them a visit. (We live an hour away.) After seeing my daughters RX 350 with the Navigation system, we just had to have one just like it. However, it was not in our budget to purchase a brand new one at this time. Therefore, my son in-law introduced us to Vinnie on the Pre-Owned side of the dealership and he was wonderful to work with. The moment we arrived, I spotted a 2011 Satin Cashmere RX 350 and I was in love. Vinnie spent a great deal of time with us and explained all of the features to us. After we took it on a test drive, we were sold. Vinnie was fantastic and very patient with us. We appreciated that the Lexus team worked so hard to find a car for us that was just perfect and that also could fit our budget. We could not have asked for more. This dealership was just wonderful. They made us feel special from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend Lexus of Atlantic City! It is worth the drive. Thank you Vinnie and to the staff who assisted us with our purchased.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our BMW X5 from Lexus of Atlatic City. We drove from Dover Delaware, to the dealership because of the competitive pricing on the vehicle. The staff were so knowledgable and genuine. We were very impressed in how easy and organized the purchasing process was. I would definitely recommend family and friends to purchase their next vehicle from Lexus of Atlantic City. Great group of people! Five star service! Unbeatable price! Lexus of Atlantic City offers a fantastic car buying...

Lexus of Atlantic City offers a fantastic car buying experience. The service provided far surpasses any other car dealership we have experienced. I purchased a 2012 RX 350 from Chuck Landherr. He was a true professional and very knowledgeable about the features of the RX 350. He made the experience fun and he was just a joy to interact with. The entire staff was outgoing, friendly and truly genuine. Lori Hamill in finance was fantastic work with as well. She made my purchase seamless. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable, which is important to me as this is a large and exciting purchase. Each employee made me feel like a valued member of the Lexus of Atlantic City family. Scott Harvey, the General Manager, went the extra mile to make us feel special as well. He told us the Lexus experience would be like no other and he was correct! Wow!!! We were so impressed with my new Lexus and this experience, we ended up purchasing three RX 350's in the month of May within our family. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Lexus as it will be the best car buying experience of their life. Thanks Lexus of Atlantic City for making our dreams come true.

I have purchased 5 cars from Lexus of AC and I swear it...

I have purchased 5 cars from Lexus of AC and I swear it just gets better each time I go. To say that they treat me like family is an understatement. Bob was great, and the new GS 350 is the new Ultimate Driving Machine.very professional, and my car was Spotless when I picked it up. I cant say that about all the dealers I have dealt with. I spilled some soda all over the front of my car 2 days after I purchased it. When I brought it back, not only did they get all the stains out, they didn't even charge me. Great service and detail dept. the local shop wanted $100 to get them out. Thanks again, I'm glad I saw that billboard that read how do you like me now. With the GS. Well, I do like this dealership very much and love my car even more. Very clever billboard, by the way, brilliant. Lexus is finally pushing the limits of what luxury cars should be.

I was a little worried about some negative postings I had...

I was a little worried about some negative postings I had read, until I found out that they were written by a former disgruntled employee, I decided on leasing a new LS.Wow, what a car, Helen was great, really knows the car inside and out. I had been using Lexus of AC's Service Dept. on a used Lexus I had purchased. I got a great number for my trade and decided to buy my dream car. I priced them with 3 other dealers and they did beat the best price I got by $35.00 per month. That doesn't sound like alot but it adds up. When I took delivery it was raining, so they gave me a free detail, and a week later I came back in and they did a perfect job. The car was SPOTLESS. I also go EVERY saturday for my free carwash. How do you top that. I go in for my coffee and 20 minutes later my car is spotless, and they do the interior and exterior. This place is amazing Thank you Helen, Naz, and everyone that helps keep me on the road.

The sales experience was excellant. My husband and I...

The sales experience was excellant. My husband and I were not at all sure what make of car we were interested in, and therefore we wanted to shop around various dealerships and test drive various cars. Barry and the sales manager were very patient with us, as we came back 3 times (and again test drove the car)before we finally made our decision. All times , they expressed confidence in their product and price, while giving us the space we needed to make our decision. In the end, they gave us the final push (nicely) we needed to close the deal.

The entire experience was truly a pleasure. They replaced the defective panel, drove us to a diner while doing the necessary work, picked us up at the diner and returned us to the repair shop. Every one was friendly towards us.
