The salesperson makes all the difference!
This is the second purchase of an RX350 I have made at this dealership and mainly because of Helen Bitzberger. She is competent, friendly and goes beyond the call to be sure the customer is satisfied. I hope she is still there when I buy my next Lexus. She makes the process seamless. Mike the technician also was very attentive and helpful.

Great place to buy and service your car!
Recently purchased a new RX from Lexus of Atlantic City. Enjoyable and uncomplicated process. Helen Bitzenberger my sales rep was wonderful in explaining how to use Bluetooth and the navigation system. The service department is outstanding. Always enjoy visiting Chris and Tina when picking up my car after a service.

I recently lost my 2008 Lexus GS due to hurricane Sandy....
I recently lost my 2008 Lexus GS due to hurricane Sandy. I did not hesitate to return to lexus of Atlantic City to replace the car. This is my 4th car purchased/leased thru this dealership. Everyone at this dealership does an outstanding job of making the car buying experience a positive one. Everyone seems to be a 'team player' with the focus of making sure you are comfortable and happy and well informed on the products they are presenting. I would also like to thank Tom for 'jumping in' when I came in unannounced and Helen and Chuck were not available to answer a couple of questions. Again, everyone was very attentive - something that I have not seen at other dealerships, and this to be is a big reason I will continue to do business with Lexus of Atlantic City.

Easy and Fast Service
I have had my cars serviced at Lexus of Atlantic City for many years. Their service team is very cooperative and easy to work with. I particularly like Chris, he is very efficient, knowledgeable and explains the details of the service to be performed thoroughly and patiently. This dealer has recently expanded and renovated their service and sales facility. I usually am able to get a loaner vehicle for the day, but if ever one needs to wait for their car, they have a very comfortable and clean waiting area for their customers. I am very happy with my association with Lexus of Atlantic City.

My husband and I have been customers of Lexus of Atlantic City for 10 years now. Our experience has always been a good one. The staff is friendly, but more importantly, knowledgable. We bought two cars yesterday. A gently used Toyota Matrix, with only 4,000 miles, and a new 2012 LS350. As it has been in the past, this purchase was completed with ease. That's what I like about dealing with the employees at this dealership. There is no game playing. We, as customers, feel we are consistently treated fairly and honestly. The service department has always been accommodating. When we bring our cars in for maintenance, we feel confident that we are getting the best service. I want to thank Scott Harvey for his patience as my husband and I agonized over a difficult decision. Because of his vast knowledge of various car makes and models, Vinnie Lombardi was excellent in helping us with our Toyota purchase. Chuck Landherr is like a friend we have known for years. We considered trying other car manufacturers this time and even investigated a few. But, we have not found another dealership or car manufacturer that can compare with Lexus of Atlantic City.

I went to three dealers. I am a resident of Pennsylvania and preferred to buy from Lexus of Atlantic City. I was treated fantastic . chuck was attentive and the paperwork was done efficiently and quickly. The manager, Scott Harvey, was very helpful. This is the second Lexus I purchased from them because they make it most pleasurable. they at an honest dealership which I have found over the years no to always be the case! I will always purchase from Atlantic City Lexus
