    All the five stars that I gave are what defines Princeton BMW. From Hon Fung client advisor all the way to the man of his words, straight shooter sales manager Alan Causing to their specialist who explained to us patiently all the ins and outs of our new X5 series. And their financing guy who will beat any approved car loan you brought to them. If you're in the market of buying or leasing one Princeton BMW rocks.

    My wife and mother-in-law went into the dealership on Sunday (5/1). They were planning to purchase an X1. Unfortunately, the car she wanted was unavailable in the lot. My mother-in-law understood and patiently accepted the wait. We were told by the salesman, by the name of Hon, that he would call either Monday or Tuesday to let her know the car arrived. The car did not arrive neither on Monday nor Tuesday. My mother-in-law already has accommodated to empty her morning schedule from work so she can be available. There was no courtesy call whatsoever from the dealership. My mother-in-law went into the dealership on Wednesday fuming (understandable right?). After calming down, both parties agreed to have the car ready to be picked up on Friday. I went in on Friday with my mother-in-law to make sure everything was ok. Right off the bat when they both started conversing, I noticed his condescending tone towards her. I don't know whether or not this tone was the same on Sunday or Wednesday, but I kept calm. I calmly and nicely asked him, "So, I understand that the car was not delivered as scheduled, would you be compensating for her time?" At that moment, he became defensive: "It was not my fault", "The car is delivered from the port, in which I have no control", etc. Honestly, these are all excuses. Salesmen should not be acting this way. I understand that things happen out of your control. That's fine, we'll understand. The issue I have is that the dealership did not own up to the problem. All was needed was a courtesy call: "we're very sorry for the inconvenience, but the car did not show up today". What was even worse was the salesman's attitude towards my mother-in-law today. So hopefully, none of you readers get this type of treatment like we did, because it wasn't pleasant. Eventually we took the car because she did not want to deal with another dealership. We don't know if they'll waste our time like this one. Time is money that we cannot afford.

    Mark was willing to discuss everything prior to coming in and was extremely helpful by email, which was key for me given my busy schedule as a mom of two who commutes in and out of princeton to NYC every day. Rawle Cox was an outstanding sales advisor. We came on the busiest day of the month with our baby, and he was able to work with us, meet and surpass another dealerships offer and treat us with the best possible care and consideration. Although it was busy at BMW, Rawle attended to us from start to end until we got into the sales office, the time there seemed to fly. He was personable and explained the ins and outs of our new car to both me and my husband. He has impressive knowledge about the car and all of the technology that comes with it. Because we had a bit of a wait we were treated with consideration. Graham crackers for the baby, free reign to set up camp in his desk and cookies and treats for my husband. At the end they even threw in free mud mats and a mini bmw for my 2 year old boy. I can't think of anything negative to say about the team at Princeton BMW. They are amazing.
