Unprofessional Service Manager
Hopefully anyone patronizing this business will never have to deal with their condescending service manager, Chuck Bradshaw. He lacks discretion and customer service skills of any kind. When I bought my vehicle it had a very intimidating cover under the hood. I remember it without a doubt because none of my previous vehicles had anything like this. You couldn't see anything but the engine cover. I recently noticed it was gone. After speaking with a service writer, I was told to bring it in. I knew I was wasting my time but against my better judgement, I took it over. This makeshift manager looks at it and says, "you're mistaken", proceeds to bring in another vehicle (like my own) from the sales lot to prove his point. What he should have done was: sit me down in his office , pull up the parts list, reassure me that cover (that was not supposed to be there in the first place) served no purpose and that my vehicle would continue to function fine without it, Not brush off a detail oriented person like myself with a mere "you are mistaken" . When it is time to purchase my next Lexus, what I wont be is mistaken about is where it is purchased!
The best service
Purchasing a Lexus from this dealership has been the most pleasurable experience ever. Michelle and Faysal are amazing. They found the car I wanted and got me the best price possible. I cannot be more satisfied.
Different level of experience
I totally believe in experience and Zena Demirceviren is the name of that experience in car business. I purchased a preowned vehicle last year from her however she continues to give me unbeatable customer service even after 1 year, what an asset... I kept calling her with questions, requests, and any problem she has not once showed negative attitude even when I called her on her time off. I called her yesterday and she said she was on a leave however she answered all my questions about my service and warranty. If you are on the market for a vehicle please take my advice and go see Zena, she is amazing.

Overcharged the price that they agree with, the sales lady nasty bad attitude, they over charge me almost $1000, if you want to buy a car from them, check clearly before you pay

poorest Service Mechanic
worst mechanics. they do not know what to diagnose and how to diagnose. My car keeps on having same issue. it is either something big or they are hiding something. (probably waiting for warranty to expire)
