I brought our 2012 Lexus RX350 in for a routine oil change/tire rotation recently and the service itself was fairly straightforward - a typical experience, nothing extraordinary and nothing to complain about. As I was getting into my car to head home, I remembered that our automatic rear lift gate wasn't working properly - the outside button wasn't activating the power door. I went back inside and spoke with the service director, Craig Estelle. He was very busy but took a moment to speak with me about the door issue. Instead of asking me to return another day, Craig spent an additional 20-30 minutes with me to reprogram the cars computer so the rear lift gate would again work. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how the programming process worked. Amidst all the chaos of the morning rush, he was patient and took the time to address and correct the issue, without me having to go through the hassle of scheduling another service appointment. Thanks, Craig, for a job well done!

Classy service dept.
Loved the customer waiting room, very comfortable. All the employees very pleasant and professional. Making appointments are a breeze and grateful for the email reminders on the appt. date.

Great service
The service is excellent. My auto was picked up and delivered. The service person on phone was excellent. They even followed up with me regarding a question on the technology. This is best service I have ever received. Keep up the good work.

Buying new NX
I was referred by a friend to Haldeman Lexus, sand specifically, Scott Hallman! What a wonderful experience! Scott was very informative regarding the NX as well as the RX 350. He was very patient with me because I was torn between the two vehicles, I loved them both. Once I decided he was determined to get me exactly what I wanted and he delivered!! Awesome atmosphere, great customer service

Great service after problematic initial encounter.
I had some time constraints with regards to having my Lexus have it's part be changed as part of a recall but after asking for the supervisor, I was well received and taken care off.

Outstanding Experience!
On Monday, I learned that I could trade in my 2010 RX 350 and get a 2013 RX 350 without changing my monthly payment, thanks to brilliant sales executive Kevin Dunn! On Tuesday, I went to see two cars available, and on Wednesday I drove away in a 2013, which has all of these wonderufl new features. Thank you, Kevin, and thank you Haldeman Lexus for a wonderful experience!! Also, thank you Matt for showing me all the new features and Kelly for walking me through the paperwork.
