Top shelf in every aspect!

The Technology Specialist Nico was wonderful and explained everything in a very easy to understand way. The Finance Manager Kelly was just as knowledgeable and as easy to work with, and most importantly, the Sales Manager Dan made purchasing this fine automobile enjoyable!

WithHonesty and Fairness a "Dunn" Deal.

This past week I went to Haldeman Lexus of Princeton to investigate an offer made to me over the phone by sales person Kevin Dunn. I was somewhat apprehensive not truly convinced the offer was valid but Kevin's sincerity and honesty warranted a meeting. Plus when it comes to buying a car in my experience any deal that appears too good to be true is too good to be true. Simply put the deal involved me trading in my 2011 RX350 for a 2015 with no money out of pocket also lowering my monthly payment. When we met Kevin's professionalism and sincerity were evident. He explained the value to him of a pre-owned vehicle like mine and made me the fairest offer he could. It's nice dealing with someone who is honest and fair and very professional. Kevin, you have done your dealership proud

Kevin Dunn - best sales experience

We test-drove Ford, Lincoln and Buick SUVs in early January 2015, and in mid-January we visited Haldeman Lexus of Princeton for the first time. Within 10 minutes after meeting Kevin Dunn, we were test driving the RX350 and loved it. We closed the deal in only about 1.5 hours after we arrived at the dealership. We felt we were making an informed decision because Kevin was quickly attuned to our likes and dislikes that he answered all our questions and actually anticipated what we would ask next. We love our new RX350, and we will definitely contact Kevin for our next car.

Great service

I was able to get a service appointment for a Saturday afternoon when I called that morning. I tried to get one at my regular dealership for over a week and it was on a weekday for the following week.

Great Buying Experience

Great experience from initial contact, completing the sale, and customary follow-up days later. The sales executive Kevin Dunn left me with a great buying experience, which hasn't occurred very often in my prior vehicle purchases. I would strongly recommend this dealership to a family member, friend or colleague that is considering a Lexus.
