Lawrence Lexus (Lawrenceville NJ) Review

Rob Dieffenbach & David Dougherty at Lawrence Lexus both helped us purchase my wife's 2014 Lexus RX AWD. My wife, being a very particular person, insisted on a specific exterior and interior color. Rob located a vehicle that met my wife's approval and also worked with me on pricing so that the car, which had more option packages than I was initially looking for, still fell within our budget. I felt we were given a very fair price and--taking into account dealer cash, incentives, and 0.9% financing--I was quite happy with our purchase. Everyone we met at Lawrence Lexus was friendly, professional, and truly helpful. I intend to purchase a vehicle for myself in the near future and, at that time, I will certainly give Rob at Lawrence Lexus a call. Thanks again.

Leasing made easy

Having purchased cars from Lawrence Lexus in the past, it was a no-brainer to return to this dealer to lease a 2014 ES350. The sales consultant, Lisa Madiara, made the leasing process easy and pleasant. All questions answered to my satisfaction. The consultant was very professional and knowledgeable and walked me through the process so I knew what to expect. The financial paperwork process was clearly presented and straightforward. I highly recommend Lawrence Lexus and its professional staff.

I have been dealing with Joseph Laurito for over 5 years....

I have been dealing with Joseph Laurito for over 5 years. His knowladge of Lexus automobile is un parallel. Joesph also provide Excellent customer service and follow up before and after purchase. I will always use Lawrence Lexus for all my automobile needs. Service department is also excellent and very very quick. I recommend Lawrence Lexus Highly.

Everyone was pleasant and great to work with. Dennis Fairburn was new, but very informed and professional. Large inventory of cars to select from. We love the car.

Once you make a purchase they do not wanna pay any...

Once you make a purchase they do not wanna pay any attention to your needs. They will keep calling until you buy and then you can not get any help after the deal is done. Very bad attitude and could care less about your needs. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Even there upper management is bad also. Lexus needs to monitor there sales reps and workers a lot better. Lexus is a great brand but this dealer is not the one you go to. Kevin Dunn is definitely the worse there. Brian Bennett runs the the place and he could care less about repeat business. Tom Harding is the only decent and good guy over there. But I would not send any business there at all.

This is not the first Lexus that we purchased with Joseph...

This is not the first Lexus that we purchased with Joseph Lauredo.Time has been a strong factor in purchasing our last two vehicles. Joseph volunteered to accommodate our schedule. He literally drove the car to our home,we made the deal sitting at our kitchen table. He made arrangements to pick up our leased Lexus,and took care of the insurance and other details.You are fortunate to have Joseph on your staff. We have always been pleased with Lexus and your excellent Service Dept. Dr.and Mrs.Milton Palat

Joseph Laurito took care of the transfer of one leased...

Joseph Laurito took care of the transfer of one leased Lexus to another for me with precision, dispatch, and thoroughness. His attention to detail was very much appreciated. The young man who showed me all the new functions of the 2014 ES (Robert?) prepared me to leave the dealership with confidence and pleasure. I love the new model for its styling, perkiness, and road maneuverability.

When I entered the dealership I was on the fence whether I wanted to buy a new car or not. I was impressed with the RX350 and all that it had to offer as well as the personalized service, friendliness, and the price I was able to get, not to mention the price I was given on my trade.

We tried everything possible to make this deal on the Hyundai Genesis. Our Sales Executive even offered to help list their trade on Ebay so that they could try and maximize their trade value which they thought was $5,000 to $6,000. In reality their trade was $2,500 to $3,000 and still is. Our cars are listed on the internet to sell and there was very little room for any over allowance on the trade. I am sorry that our fair internet pricing on the Genesis was ruined by their trade value not meeting their expectations. Brian Bennett VP/General Manager
