Jean Kathrada is an excellent communicator, she helps me to understand the issues and options to resolve the problems, she is honest and straightforward as to what is needed. Years of experience helped her to know how to assist customers, very happy to work with her, she is friendly and dedicated, an outstanding service consultant. Tim is the best service advisor to exist at Haldeman

Tim is the best service advisor to exist at Haldeman Lexus! He kept me updated on my vehicle from drop off to pick up. Always eases my worries on my vehicle maintenance and goes above and beyond. Loved the video of my service inspection!!

Last week I brought in my Lexus RX350 for the 1st

Last week I brought in my Lexus RX350 for the 1st service. Right from the time I checked in the Service center, I was well received. Jean was customer friendly and polite. The waiting room was very clean with coffee and snacks. I had a very pleasant experience. The car was serviced and washed. Have nothing but positive feedback. Thanks

I purchased a 12 volt battery for my Lexus RX450h from

I purchased a 12 volt battery for my Lexus RX450h from this dealership. The battery failed within warranty of two years by Lexus. When I went to get the battery replaced, they refused to honor the warranty without the receipt. Since I am not able to find the receipt but provided other proof such as bank records and the original battery box with all sale details. But they don’t agree and asked me to pay for the replacement which we did. Although they agreed to process a refund, if I can find the receipt later. I am not happy with this unfair deal! I will request for the management to reconsider and provide refund without the receipt. Expect an expedited response as soon as possible. Thanks
