Great shopping experience

I have been buying cars at Haldeman nee Lawrence Lexus since 1998. Same dealer new name. You are treated fairly and honestly no matter who is your salesperson. All questions are answered clearly and you never feel rushed. It's a pleasure to drive away with confidence and enjoying the ride in any Lexus you purchase

Great dealership

Kevin Dunn was my sales man he is a great guy working at a great dealership. The process of purchasing my es 350 was so quick, simple and no pressure. I will not be wasting my time at any other dealerships in the future I will be buying lexus cars from Haldeman lexus forever.

Great shopping experience

My wife and I traveled from Point Pleasant to purchase a used Lexus. Our salesman, Francis Theuer met us and almost immediately we fell in love with him. He is an older man who treated us very well. Though I can be a little difficult to do business with at times, Francis did not skip a beat. Francis took care of all our needs and sold us a nice SUV for our daughter. In about a year we will be in the market to purchase another Lexus and we definitely intend on purchasing it at Hadelman Lexus.

Great shopping experience

Disgusted

This was my 3rd Lexus through this company the past 2 under their previous name. I got the run around which surprised the heck out of me. They increased the price when I was actually turning in the car so I was stuck and they said they were paying off my balance of my lease which they did not. I ended up owing Lexus money because they said their salesman screwed it up and Lexus Financial got involved but said it was up to the dealership. I called the managers several times as well as my salesman which my family has used for 15 years (8 cars total) and he wouldn't help either. I will never go back to this dealership again and my family already went to another dealership. They are dishonest and disgusting. Even speaking with Lexus Financial several times, they said what they did was not right but they have no control. Since when don't they get involved with a dishonest dealership. My next car and my daughters will be BMW. Horrible experience!

Lexus IS

Kevin Dunn....Pleasure to work with. High Performer and looks to meet every need you ask. He had a tight schedule but did everything possible to accommodate me. Pleased with my car and the sale experience. Very open and honest.

Purchase of L-certified 2015 Lexus 350

A very positive buying experience based on detailed accurate information provided by sales executive, Kevin Dunn. Car was in excellent condition and competitively priced. All our questions, concerns and replacement of missing owners manual and cargo net were provided after the sale as promised. Best customer service!

Our sales rep, Kevin Dunn, was such a pleasure to work with! He made the whole process straight forward and easy. I will definitely be back when I need my next car, as well as suggest anyone to work with Kevin to find their new car. 100% excellent customer service. Kevin was very upfront during the whole process and worked with our budget to a "T". It was very refreshing after being to dealerships with rude and pushy sales people.
