I live in Philadelphia and searched several dealerships in my area for the truck that I wanted and none of the dealerships had any inventory with my truck so I went online and found not one but two trucks that I wanted at Pine Belt Chevrolet in Lakewood, New Jersey. Called there and was connected to salesman Eugene Sereani. He informed me both trucks I saw online were on the lot and available. I met with him that same day. He showed me both trucks I chose one and we went to work on the paperwork. I was very impressed with his very genuine personality and professionalism. My trade-in was seven years old and had 165,000 miles on it with light body damage and thought I was only going to get $1000 at the most and ended up getting $7500 for my trade-in. The sale went smooth and swiftly and everyone at Pine belt Chevy couldn’t have been more professional Would highly recommend them for your next new or used vehicle!

I was going to order a Chevy bolt from my local Chevy dealer However, it was going to take four months to come in. I found one online an hour and a half from my house and boy am I glad I did. My sales rep was Anna Eremin she was simply amazing. Most of my process was done through phone calls and text messages. Anna was always readily available and responded almost instantly every time. When I did eventually have to go to the dealership, everything was ready to go. This was the smoothest car buying process I have ever been through. Brian Brown in finance was equally eager to help and guide me seamlessly through the process. On to Mike the insurance guy. Mike was tasked with adding insurance to the vehicle and showed great patience as my insurance carrier wasn’t very easy to get ahold of. Thank you Pine Belt and especially the three people that I mentioned. If you need a vehicle I cannot recommend Pine Belt and Anna enough. They won’t let you down!
