Just purchased my 3rd Chevy from Pine Belt and I couldn't be happier!!! After owning 2 Chevy Cobalts in the past (all purchased at Pine Belt and from Ryan Concord) I made the mistake of switching to a Hyundai Elantra. What can I say, I got distracted by the attractive exterior remodel! I traded my 08 Cobalt for an 11 Elantra at Lester Glenn of Toms River in May of last year and only had it for 5 months before problems started popping up! Finally I became fed up with not only the inconvienence but of how unsafe I felt driving the car. Knowing that Lester Glenn prides themselves on customer service and "The Lester Glenn Experience", I decided to go and see what trade options I had or what they could do about the dud of a car they sold me. When I arrived I was handed off to the most rude, lazy, and offensive salesman I have ever dealt with. The visit ended with him telling me that bad cars get sold so I should deal with Hyundai directly and hire a lawyer!! After a complaint to a manager I was finally treated in a better manner but ultimately I got the feeling that they weren't willing to make good for the whole ordeal. After that I knew where to go and who to deal with. I immediately went to Pine Belt and spoke to Ryan. If you want to buy a car from not only a great salesman but also an AMAZING guy, go to Pine Belt and see Ryan Concord. My family has purchased 9 cars from him now and plan on more in the future. I'm a picky customer but Ryan just kept sifting through every possibility with me until we found the right fit. I drove off the lot in a BEAUTIFUL Malibu LTZ and I'm an incredibly happy girl now. Not only because I look FANTASIC driving, but I also feel safe in my new vehicle and I was treated the way a customer should be treated PLUS 100%. I'll never cheat on chevy or Ryan Concord again. I learned my lesson!

My wife and I had been in the market of looking for a pre-owned Suburban with low mileage. We drove through the lot, saw that there was quite a few trucks to choose from, we decided to go in and speak to someone. Frank met us at the door and was very honest with us. After describingour finincial situation (including our up-sied-down trade in) he told us "I don't want to waste your time, we just can't get anywhere near the price you're looking for." We thanked him for his time and honesty and got ready to leave. As we were pulling out, Frank came running out the front door and asked us to give him 5 minutes, that he had an idea and that he wanted to run some numbers really quickly. Frank ended up getting us a brand new Suburban utilizing interest and rebate incentives. Purchasing a car is never a pleasure to do, but Frank honestly worked "with" us rather than against us. He worked in our interest battling the finance department on our behalf to help get us an affordable deal. He was very accomodating and he was a pleasure to deal with. I will/would certainly go to Frank again for our next car purchase.

I wanted a specific car by a certain date because I was going on vacation. He found one at another dealership and drove to get it for me just so I would have it time for vacation. Wow! Its my second car from Pine Belt. I will be buying my third there!

My purchase experience at Pine Belt Chevy in Lakewood started with an Internet inquiry at around noon on Friday, April 6, 2012. I was immediately contacted by Marina Nikovic, Internet Coordinator via phone and e-mail letting me know that the 2012 Camaro I was interested in was in stock and available for a test drive that afternoon. I spoke with Marina to set up an appointment and arrived at the dealership at 4:00 PM. I was met by Paul Ashley who immediately took me to see the car and take it for a test ride. The car was amazing and after the test drive Paul and I started to work out the financial details which included trading in my old car. I had done my homework and knew a fair price for the Camaro as well as the trade-in value of my old car and the GMAC finance options that were available. Paul worked out the numbers with the Pine Belt management team and returned to go over the details with me. They valued the trade-in within $2.00 of what I had calculated and the car price was right on target as well. I told Paul that we had a deal and they immediately started to work on getting the car ready for delivery. At the same time Paul and I completed all of the paperwork which including having my insurance transferred. I then met with Ray Robinson, Finance Manger, to sign all of the documents and was pleasantly surprised at how quick and pressure free this experience was. The car was ready around 7:00 PM and as I was cleaning out the interior of my old car, Paul and another salesman actually transferred the contents of my trunk from the old car to the new car. Eric came out to insure that I was 100% satisfied with the entire experience and to wish me luck with my new car. Overall this experience was completely stress free (even easy?) and far exceeded my last purchase experience at a local Acura dealer. Based on the experience described above, I would definitely recommend Paul and the Pine Belt Chevy team to anyone in the market for a car.

I didn't expect to drive home with a car today when I came in, but Kevin made that possible and I was able to get the car I was hoping for. After looking at the certified used cars on the lot I didn't see anything that caught my eye until Kevin showed me the Chevy Cruze that I loved. He was very patient with my wants to get this car and worked with me throughout the entire process. GO TO PINE BELT IN LAKEWOOD FOR A GREAT CAR! Our 1st visit we couldn't get a bottom line price. The next day, we were able to get the price we wanted. With the right price we bought it right away.

Pine Belt is a top notch organization. My wife and I went in last Friday, explained to Hoss and Eric what we wanted in terms of a vehicle and laid out an approach so my wife could demo a Suburban and a Tahoe and make a buying decision by Thursday. She was engaged without any high pressure sales tactics but given the flexability to make a decision based on her needs. Today she has a 2012 Suburban sitting in the driveway due to the professionalism of the staff at Pine Belt.
