The automated phone system for the service dept was very frustrating and impossible to get through, so much so I went in person to make my appt. But the appt itself went smoothly. I was greeted upon arrival and was in and out as promised. The waiting area is comfortable.

Very professional and honest, they tell you everything
Very professional and honest, they tell you everything that they’re going to do and explain everything to you. And they have a shuttle, which is a very good thing, especially when your car is there for a long time.

Disappointed.
Disappointed. But in the end, All is fixed. Wish they listened to me in beginning. It shd not cost to connect car to plug in.

My engine maintenance light came on.
My engine maintenance light came on. Made an appointment with Gateway. John Moro service coordinator was fabulous very patient and helpful. Did not meet the service tech but the video they made of checking my car was very informative. When they were Finnish they washed my car and everything was very clean. Would definitely recommend service at this dealership. I felt they had my best interest
