Dealing with Steve Taylor was such a pleasure. He helped me find the right car for me. I love my Toyota Corolla Crossover...I am enjoying my new car so much. Steve was also very patient with me when it came to trading in my old RAV 4....The title was missing and getting a copy of it from the bank that I had the loan with and then getting a copy of it from the DMV took a while and Steve was very patient about it and finally everything just worked out.

Steven Taylor at Gateway Toyota did an excellent job finding a Black Prius Limited AWD for me. I thought I would have had to wait months but it arrived from Japan in about 6 weeks. Steve kept me up to date on everything and was a pleasure to work with

All staff members were knowledgeable and helpfull. The teamwork was impressive. On the sales side Don gave me good options and negotiated a good deal. On the services side the team identified the cause of the battery charging issue and fixed in. The maintenance report was detailed enough to plan my next visit. My rating is a perfect 10!
