Disappointed. But in the end, All is fixed. Wish they listened to me in beginning. It shd not cost to connect car to plug in.

My engine maintenance light came on.

My engine maintenance light came on. Made an appointment with Gateway. John Moro service coordinator was fabulous very patient and helpful. Did not meet the service tech but the video they made of checking my car was very informative. When they were Finnish they washed my car and everything was very clean. Would definitely recommend service at this dealership. I felt they had my best interest

I stopped by gateway Toyota because my car needed a 15,000 mile check up. I did not buy my car there. The staff was entirely professional and friendly. From the woman who took the reservation to the folks who did the service.

I went in for a warranty recall on my battery and they

I went in for a warranty recall on my battery and they did not pressure me into getting everything fixed and telling me that everything is great and I don’t need to do anything until October. So I will be there in October with bells on.
