I recently purchased a used Honda Element from Bridgewater Acura and was satisfied on all levels .The dealership is newly renovated and quite nice ,the staff knowledgeable and very helpful .The car was exactly as listed in excellent condition .I am from the Atlantic city area and drove all the way to Bridgewater because I had spoken to Tina from the interent department. Tina had checked the car for me before I made the trip to bridgwater and assured me it looked in good condition .When I arrived I was greeted by Tina and saw the car, it was excataly as described and I found this to be reassuring .Earlier I had a bad experience at a dealership in Clifton Nj where they miss represented themselves and especially the condition of the car I was interested in .My total experience at bridgewater Accura was quite pleasant and very professional from start to finish .A special thank you to Tina from the internet department who was extraordinarily helpful with directions to dealership , the registration process and the sale in general ... I do recommend this dealership

Obie is a great guy. Extremely friendly and I never felt pressured to buy once. He was a straight shooter and didn't waste my time with any BS. We were able to work out a great deal on my TL. Very happy. Obie made me feel like a very high valued customer even though I was just buying a used car. Highly recommended

This is the third Acura I have leased. The first one was at another Acura dealer much closer to my house, but I did not have a good experience with them. The last two Acuras were leased from Bridgewater Acura and both were handled by Rick Verso. My wife and I were very satisfied with the treatment and overall experience. I look forward to my next Bridgewater Acura when the current lease is up.

My experience at Bridgewater Acura exceeded my expectations. My first contact was with Tina who was very professional and friendly. Tina kept me informed about availability of the new 2013 RDX. Then I test drove with Sasha who was also very professional and not pushy at all. As a matter of fact he told me to take my time and call him when I'm ready to purchase. Then I worked with Rick and Bryan who were absolutely wonderful. Very helpful and warm. They were genuine & honest and wanted what was best for me. I feel like I made friends at Bridgewater Acura. By the way, I LOVE my new RDX!!

I had a wonderful experience at Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura. In the past 6 years i've gone through 4 cars and dealt with numerous salesmen and women. Bill Vince stands behind any vehicle they sell weather its new or used. I bought a used lancer and did not realize that model came without A/C. I informed the staff at the dealership and they had a new one installed for me free of charge. I will defiantly buy another car from Vince and hopefully next time it will be new :)

this is the best dealership i have ever been......the salesman that attended me was very polite, very negocible and most important off all he gave me exactly what i wanted....while waiting he was very kind of showing me around the dealership,offer me snacks and coffee and juice he also gave me so many options in how to save allot of money on a brand new and a used car......ive been to several dealerships and i also financed allot of vehicles all through out my life and i have to say that acura in bridgewater nj is the best dealership ive been too and i also recomend to ask for Ryan he will totally be honest with you and he also give you the best options evr for financing or leasing a vehicle.....ive only delt with Ryan so far but im pretty sure all the employees are great also......i recommend this dealership and sales person to anyone.....

I have called and left two messages to get my car...
I have called and left two messages to get my car serviced and no one has called back! It has been a month. When I bought the TL the salesman said the service dept. is top knotch. Why can't they return phone calls. Why is there an answer machine instead of a live person??

The first day we dealt with Michael and he was friendly. He helped us pick out the car that we wanted and also showed us different types of options we can go with when you finance a car. Showed us different monthly prices when you add different amount of down payment. He had good knowledge about the car he was selling. He explained everything to us about financing Acura. He stayed in touch with us via email and telephone. The second time we dealt with Eddie, who was a very generous guy. He helped us out with all we needed and was really friendly. The car we wanted wasn't at the dealers, so we had to wait 5 days for the car to arrive at the dealers. That's because of long weekend. About the price I think we paid a little more than what we should have. But over all we were really happy with the car and service we got from Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura.
