Costco members beware: I obtained the Costco price from the finance department prior to visiting. I was presented with a supposed Costco price sheet that... was in actuality a customized document with their logo on top along with Costco. Costco verified that this wasn't their form. On the price sheet was an additional $1900.00 of nonsensical dealer add- ons. The salesman frankly stated that " this is what Costco wants, we have no control over it". In addition the car price was 3K higher than the quoted price from their own finance department. When I called them on it the salesman quickly stated " oh that price seems reasonable", Ill check with the manager. The dishonesty was remarkable. Stay away unless you are fully prepared to deny them their scam.
Had a couple of Great customer service experiences here in the last couple of weeks. GEORGE OTERO in Service was very helpful in getting my airbag fixed.... He also provided a loaner CRV which was very nice. I will also say I had a great experience ordering parts with Blaine Johnson in the parts department. Blaine was surpringly able to actually beat the prices from Amazon. Can't beat that! NO MORE AMAZON FOR ME, ATLEAST REGARDING HONDA PARTS LIKE AIR FILTERS AND SUCH!
Beware, Open Road Honda is a cheater, a cheater. They offer a low internet out of door price, via email and to attract you walk in even you are out... of state. When you show up, they offer a higher price including some dealer options, which you don't need. The sales take your driver's license information and even a credit card and pretend to negotiate with the manager. Once they take your information, they will not offer the internet price, and force you to purchase at a higher price. They use your information to lock your name in the system. you can not get the lower price from other dealers. BEWARE !!! They are the cheaters, sales and manager.

Worst customer service!!!!!!!! STRIKE ONE: Leased a car and agreed to an amount and after paid them $4k, and waited an hour they came back to me and told... me they cannot honer the agreement. STRIKE TWO: Called more then a dozen times and left various messages and even spoke to managers just to get basic info such as getting a loaner while car being repaired and now two weeks later and multiple calls - NO RESPONSE!!!! - Take my advise and save yourself frustration and get a car from anywhere else such as Sansone dealership where customer service is next to none then these guys. After you sign the dotted line they dont care about you or your car. First and last time I am getting a car from these guys.
Worst Dealership in NJ. Not worth the time and effort. Save yourself from the hassle. They don't keep their words and give you a run around for silly things.
This is the worst dealership in jersey!!!! Easily! I have bought multiple cars from dch Honda in old bridge and decided to see what open road Edison had... to offer me. I went with a deal in hand from dch Honda that i was able to get from them in 1 hour perfectly outlined and printed out for me. I went to open road to see if they can beat the price and it took them 4 hours to even bring me their best offer and that was just the start of the issues. They This dealership is filled with a bunch of young, reckless, ignorant, money hungry, and unprofessional individuals. I won’t go into the details of the story because that will distract the reader from the true fact that this dealership is trash. Do yourself a favor and go to any other one in jersey. From management, to the finance manager, to the sales representatives all just needs to be changed. They don’t care enough to even understand what customer service is.
If I could give a 0 I would , customer service and customer satisfaction is not there expertise . They have attitude problems and is backed by there bosses... with bigger attitudes! They are racist ! I went in one day as the only colored person in the shop , in which majority of staff seemed white , They refused with an attitude to service my vehicle due to an honest review given to Honda directly about my experience at their dealership 2 years ago , The manager brought it up to my attention and stated they wouldn't be able to service my vehicle with the risk of me giving a negative feedback they bluntly gave me back my keys instead of showing customer service and gratitude they refused me and my vehicle . Way to go !
Went here for a new car came across Vanessa got home with a new car thanks to her great service went out of way to serve me,good job, shoutout to Alice... too.
