Took my car in for service

Just sent my 2018 M4 in for service. When I was driving I noticed that they scratch my windshield and scratch the tint on my passenger side window. After I noticed that I stopped my car and then did an outside vehicle check and also noticed my drivers side skirt was scratched and my trunk. I will never send my car to them again

Absolute Failure

I would give this dealership a zero if possible. I am remote purchasing and called the dealership to purchase a very nice low mileage X3. I was told by the operator that a salesperson would reach out to me shortly. I called back an hour later and was told they were busy and someone would be reaching out very shortly. It took another 45 minutes after that before someone called. I told the salesperson i wanted to purchase this vehicle but had a few questions. My questions were answered and i told them again i wanted to purchase the vehicle but needed to check with my bank to make sure the vehicle qualified for my financing because it was almost ten years old. i told them i needed a PO. the salesperson said the VIN and vehicle information should be enough. at no point in time did the salesperson say anything about a deposit and even said that the car was not actually available yet because it had to go through reconditioning. by this time the bank was closed so i had to wait till morning. i got verification from my bank by 7:30 am and immediately called the dealership. they were not open yet but i left a message with them that i wanted to move forward and purchase the vehicle. i got no response. i called back an hour after they had opened and was forwarded to the salesperson i had worked with before. no answer. i again left a message saying i wanted to purchase the vehicle and wanted to get the paperwork started. still no response. i started calling the dealership every 45 minutes or so because no one was calling me back. finally at almost noon i get a call back. i tell the salesperson i want to purchase the vehicle and to send the documentation. he says he needs my DL and insurance to start the paperwork. i send them immediately. he texts me back about 20 minutes later and tells me the car has already sold. i asked him to provide me the managers phone number. he never responded. so i call the dealership and ask for the manager and he was absolutely worthless. offered nothing, provided nothing, just said the car sold. told me without a deposit there was nothing he could do. i told him no one offered me a deposit and i would have been happy to provide one if they had. he asked me if i was interested in any other inventory and i asked him if he could offer me something comparable. he said they have over 200 cars and he didn't know but made no effort to find out. just an absolute failure by this dealership in every possible way.

Terrible & a Scam

* photographed proof in my phone* Literally the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership I have ever gone to. Brian is one of the most arrogant liars I have ever met in my life. I had waited a week for a car with an oil leak because I was promised $390 at the dealership and then confirming it again through text, just to sit for hours for them to tell me $585. Please DO NOT trust this man or his managers that allowed this to happen.

Horrible experience

Such a horrible experience. What did happen to the BMW brand? No ethics and professionalism and only a bunch of greedy salespeople. First of all this is the only BMW that is asking above the MSRP price in NJ. I have checked other BMW's and everyone is asking not only MSRP but they are quite happy and will treat you in far better respect. These are bringing down the BMW brand name as well as their for some thousand dollars. They have mastered in low ball technique. First, they asked me 5K over the MSRP price and when I was ready to pay the next day they have increased it to 10K giving some xxxxxxxx reasons. There is no good reason for stealing money. There is no end for greed here and they are very proud of it whatever they are doing. Take my suggestion and go somewhere else, you will find a far better experience in the local dealers.

Mechanic SIDNEY ALMEIDA

Sidney Almeida Is the most unprofessional rude nasty "master mechanic" whom I've ever had work done by I've never had any dealership employee from there act so pretentious like he was plus I know people who say he has his own personal side business if he's so miserable and hates his job that much why doesn't he just lyrics with his own private business

Lack of follow up

I purchased a used 540 from Open Road. After my temporary tag expired, I found out that the dealer didn't get my plates or registration. They never reached out to me to let me know that they had lost the power of attorney form that they needed to go to DMV. So the car is now dormant in my driveway. When I called the dealer I was routed to a phone extension that no one ever answered. I had to track down my original sales person to find out what happened.

Worst place to fix your BMW

Worst place to fix your BMW. If you lease anything better than stock 3 series stay away from this place you will end-up paying your lease amount and drive the cheapest car they on the lot for weeks. They short on mechanics and even simple repairs will take them weeks to finish.

Bad Management!!!

I was in the process of purchasing a car through Open Road BMW in Edson NJ but THE DAY I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle (today) they are telling me they cannot honor the verbal deal that was made previously due to new management and now the cost increased monthly. They ran my credit, I was approved and I was just waiting to pick up my new vehicle. New management should honor existing deals and I will be reporting this to the BBB. This has been the worst experience dealing with BMW. The "new management" increased the payment on deals already made due to "supply and demand" but what about a persons word, honor, professionalism and good business practices. If you make a deal you honor it, period. I would never attempt to do business with this dealership ever again.
