BMW of Bridgewater was great.

BMW of Bridgewater was great. They made my car shopping experience easy with a streamlined process that had very little down time. I never felt pressured and all of my questions were answered by their knowledgable staff. Additionally, Manjula Biju was amazing. I had read a recommendation for her while researching the car I wanted to buy and dealerships to work with. I emailed her with what I was interested in, we worked out a price, and made the deal when the car arrive. I have never had an easier time buying a car. I highly recommend reaching out to her and I will be doing so with my next purchase.

I had the best experience at bmw bridgewater.

I had the best experience at bmw bridgewater. I bought a 2026 X7 m60. Shelby and Devin her manager were great. Helped me every step of the way and went out of the way to make the experience what it should be. Simple, easy and no pressure. If you get a bmw. I recommend this dealership and ask for Shelby.

As a single woman purchasing a vehicle, it couldn’t have

As a single woman purchasing a vehicle, it couldn’t have been easier. I was treated fairly from my trade-in to delivery of my brand new M440 after driving what I called Rolling locker rooms for a travel hockey for over a decade. I finally got a car for me! The dealership itself, and everyone who worked there couldn’t have been nicer, But Victor knew every inch of this car and explained everything in detail. He didn’t pressure me at all, and ultimately I drove out of there with a huge smile on my face. I would recommend Victor For a sales person and I have recommended him over and over. The guy was born to sell cars.

Excellent experience with Rob Long at BMW Bridgewater. The experience of purchasing my X3 went incredibly smooth. Rob was great in explaining the different options of the car and also the different financing options. Both aspects made it very easy to understand these key pieces in the purchase. I had been dreading the process of purchasing a car but Rob made the whole process so simple. I could definitely recommend Rob to someone looking to purchase their next BMW.

My husband and I had a disappointing experience during

My husband and I had a disappointing experience during our recent visit to the BMW dealership in Bridgewater on August 16, 2025. From the beginning, the interaction with our sales representative, John, was unpleasant. He was discourteous and only answered a few of our questions, offering little to no effort in guiding us through the options. What made the experience worse was his refusal to test drive another model we were genuinely interested in. We felt dismissed and, quite frankly, insulted by his attitude. This is not the level of professionalism we expect from a BMW dealership. We will not be returning to the Bridgewater location and will be taking our business to other BMW dealerships where customers are treated with respect.
