Hoping you extended my Thank You and appreciation to Megan Byrnes It was actually Joe Saviano's kindness to my problem & 4 hours later I had a new lease. I only went to DCH for a key fob problem, which the other serviceman just said to give me a new battery for it ( which I had done two months prior) and he brushed me off! It was Joe who saw I wanted it checked out....and four hours later I had a new lease!!!! They both are an asset to the DCH that I have know these past 20 years

Great service as usual, which is something that I always know and expect once I take my car to Academy Honda for any repairs or even just questions. George Chatzopoulos is the most professional Service Advisor that I have ever dealt with during my visits; he is always helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to do an exceptional job. I have been dealing with him for years, and I always notice his enthusiasm when it comes to doing his job, and his willingness to help answering any questions, and making sure that the person he is helping is extremely satisfied with the car service experience.
