Jason,a five star dealer, but'verall experience disappointed

I bought a car but price changed without info me when signing papers.I got home realized no gas,no enough air in one tire.

Commendable service!

We asked Jasvinder to set us up with someone a great and patient dealer, and he found us the exact one. Jahlil was a delight to work with. He was very informative about the details and specs of the cars we were interested in. And was extremely patient as we discussed our choices and came to a decision. Has a great experience with Jahlil, would definitely recommend him to anyone interested. We also had a great conversation with Ash Saadeh.

My day at the dealer

Tuesday march 23 I set out to buy a car, a most frustrating and agrivating thing for those of us that know. After visiting several dealers and going away dissappointed, I stopped in dch Honda and immediately I got a scense that this might be different. It didn't take long before my hopeful suspicions became reality. My salesman Bryan Gamble was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. The mgr Chris actually seemed genuinely happy that I was pleased. I paid what I was willing to, not what they said I have to. The whole experience was worth it and I invite you to see for yourself. Nice job guys, you know I will see you again some time.

Another positive experience!

Worked with Ron on a lease a couple of years ago, great experience. So when my wife was looking to purchase a new vehicle, why not go back. We we're in and out with a new vehicle in time to still have our lunch date. We're from Staten Island, and highly recommend Ron and this dealership. My referrals also had great experiences.

Perfect "no pressure" experience

Stopped by DCH on Saturday to look at vehicles and met Bryan. He was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Went back on Tuesday and purchased a Civic. He made the process easy for us and at no time did we feel pressured to buy from him or DCH. The perfect buying experience. Totally satisfied

Purchased from here years ago with no issues. Needed another new car and decided to check here first. Greeted by Mike Cisco when I first arrived , He was knowledgable, patient in explaining the cars features, and answered all my questions.
