I generally have minor panic attacks when ever I have to go car shopping. Vitor completely changed that experience. He worked to understand what all of our wants and needs were and went over all of our options. An A+ experience from beginning to end.

Came to this dealership when my regular dealership treated me poorly when trying to return my lease. Enrique was professional, helpful, kind, treated us like the loyal customers we are, and helped make a deal I was comfortable with. Times are different now, but that’s for everyone especially the customers. While I had no issues with this dealership, despite waiting a bit for the car to be ready (that’s to be expected), I am disappointed in Honda as a whole, as they don’t have any good deals, especially for repeat customers. Times have changed, yes, but repeat customers should get more for their loyalty. I cannot complain. I got the car I wanted and then some and couldn’t have done it without Enrique’s help. Too bad for my regular dealership because they lost a sale and a loyal customer! I would recommend DCH Honda to anyone! My husband is possibly going to get a new car here and same with my mother. Overall, the transaction was straight forward and we were able to come up with a payment I was comfortable with. Thank you so much, I have finally had a positive car dealership experience!

I walked into the showroom to explore a new CRV, not one of the 7 associates acknowledged me, remained for a few minutes and left. BTW there was not one customer in the showroom. Off to another Honda dealer! Only rated the sales associate because it was required …
