#1 The sales person, Sam Lucas, very helpful in getting what I wanted, the vehicle at a price in my range. The vehicle; 2009 Hoonda, Odyssey is excellant. The whole process went well, any concerns were removed.

I purchased a Certified used 2009 Accord EX-L. My salesman was Gerry. We got along very well. The entire experience was pleasant, professional, relaxed (even despite all the paperwork involved in a car purchase with trade-in and financing). If I purchase another used vehicle in the future, Gerry is my goto guy. Terry finished the transaction. Same experience. There were two small issues with the keys and the radio code. I came back the next morning and the manager took care of these issues right away to my complete satisfaction, with no problems whatsoever. Great experience! Rick in the service department is also outstanding. He and I go "way back" to my older Civic. He's my goto guy in service. All these DCH Academy guys are outstanding. I give them my hearty endorsement.

I was an Internet customer, and after visiting the dealership, I found my sales rep and the team to be very courteous, professional, and fair. My price quote was for a 2012 CR-V. Since they did not have the color (urban titanium/beige interior) which I wanted in stock, I asked if the incentive offer would be good for the vehicle for which they did not have in stock. It turned out, they were willing to offer me the same deal, and, they will 'swap' models in order for me to obtain my color and trim level. Since this would take about 2 days, I asked about the one with a white diamond pearl/beige interior, and they were more than willing to take it outside of the warehouse for me for a test drive. After more contemplation, I decided to stick with my original desired color. The salesman drove about 100 miles to swap the two cars. Through all this, the sales staff was very kind and professional, and even included an add-on at no extra charge. Even the finance manager was very courteous, and we reached a great deal at a fraction of the time and energy I would spend negotiating at other dealerships in the area. Although I had 100 more miles on my odometer to get the car I wanted, the service was exceptional and I highly recommend anyone to visit here first.

The staff at DCH Academy Honda was great throughout the entire process. The salesman, Vipin, the manager, Adrian and the finance guy, Freddy were all great.

I wanted to write to let everyone know what a positive experience I had at DCH Honda in Old Bridge thanks to Joe Lisciandri in the used car department. I was having issues with the gas mileage on my newly purchased SUV and I went into DCH Honda hoping that there was a way to get out of my current loan and into a better car for me and my family. Joe was patient and understanding. He listened to me, understood my situation, and helped work out a deal that got me into the perfect, little, fuel-efficient car for me. Thank you Joe Liscandri for all your help. Thank you for your honesty, your straight-forwardness, and how easy you made the car-buying process...oh...and of course the 4 new tires and new brakes. Joe Lisciandri is the best. I'd give him 10 stars if I could!

Good customer service. I got the car for very good price. The internet representative was dealing the business very good and others in store were very friendly. They kept their promises and the price was guaranteed. Over all I liked shopping with DCH.
