Great experience
My name is ZW and I traveled 70 miles from Toms River to purchase a vehicle at Fullerton Chrysler. I did not have any pleasant experiences with the dealers down where I live. My first experience was on line with Daniel who was professional and answered all my questions. And he was not a “robot” like the other dealers. Daniel set up an appointment for me and I met with Juan who also introduced Mark from on line who works with Daniel. Juan was very professional and knowledgeable about my needs and had a great work ethic. Tom the dealership manager greeted me and then I completed my transaction with Craig. Each man was professional and did not try to sell me anything beyond my needs. When my wife retires in a few months she will purchase a vehicle from these gentlemen as well as my friends. We were shopping for a new Ram truck, when we were greeted by sales consultant Heather Hopping. Working with Heather was a pleasure. She was personable, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Stay far away from this dealership
This was my 2nd purchase from Fullleton. First was great (worked with Juan) Second was terrible from beginning to end ( worked with Heather) Customer service is non existent and service department is a joke. I got in the car to drive it home after signing paperwork and they couldn’t even bother to take the plastic off the seatbelts and overhead lights. Floor mats still wrapped in plastic in the cargo area. Drove home wondering what the weird rattle was... it was the key lock box still attached to the rear window of the car.

Expert dealership
Everyone at Fullerton is helpful and friendly. It was a great experience purchasing my new Jeep. My salesman Rich Zeller was very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend Fullerton if you are thinking of buying a new car. I love my Jeep!

45 minutes to drop car off
This place is very unorganized and not customer friendly. It took them 45 minutes to get me checked in and out of there with a loaner. The loaner they gave me was extremely dirty that I refused to put my family in. Then it took them another 20 minutes to clean the car. This is ridiculous when I had an appointment to wait this long.

Bad experience
I met this sales representative Mark Whaelan. Terrible experience. He was a disrespectful, condescending racist who had no work ethics. He was bullying me out since I reached the office at 8pm and he was unwilling to show a car of my interest. I made a formal complain to the company's management.
