Dropped off my vehicle and explained that the oil cooler
Dropped off my vehicle and explained that the oil cooler will need to be replaced and wanted a complete inspection done. After about a week I was told the engine would need to be replaced. I didn't understand why they thought the engine was blown when I was able to drive it. I felt I was being pushed to make repairs that wasn't needed. I will make sure that everyone knows how I was treated at your dealership

I needed tires right away before snow.
I needed tires right away before snow. I went through express service Nicole helped me get the tires and installed the next day. They were very nice and helpful as always

The service was complete in a timely manner. I had general maintenance (oil change/tire rotation) along with a few recalls corrected. Giancarlo was very informative and kept me updated and what was being complete and when my vehicle was ready to be picked up.

I have to thank service advisor Kevin for a wonderful and speedy customer service experience. My 2003 Jeep Liberty (167,550 miles) was towed into the dealership at the end of the business day on Tuesday with a failed water pump. First thing Thursday morning, Kevin called me with an estimate for the repair. First thing on Friday morning he called to say that I could pick up my vehicle. That's a little over two business days to have a towed in vehicle repaired which I think is quite speedy. Thanks again.
