    Lauren Gall, our sales person, was very personable and easy to talk to. She knew the 2018 Santa Fe inside and out and she understood what we needed in... order to be able to afford the car. She made the process very smooth and enjoyable!

    Ive bought 3 New Cars I keep coming back because they are like family they all help out when i dont understand something and i got the best deal there... the car is great the service dept. is outstanding and our sales lady Lauren is outstanding ,careing just a great person and Guy he will do what every he cane to help you D'Arcy Hyundai just plain GREAT

    My nephew bought his first new car from D'Arcy Hyundai - a 2016 Hyundai Accent - and the experience was perfect. Delilah, Francisco and Guy to name a... few of the people that helped us - were awesome. The car payment fit in to my nephews budget and he is loving his new car. Highly recommend this dealership and it's people.

    I contacted the dealership back in October of 2015 with my concerns about recall campaigns 123 and 132. I received a prompt email from John Wagner that... the resolution for these recalls were not available at that time and he would contact me when he had more information. John would periodically correspond via email letting me know that he had not forgotten me and that he still was still waiting for a solution. Once he knew how to address the recalls he contacted me and got me in right away. He was running a test on my Sonata and was concerned that a third party non factory oil filter would impact the test results. He gave me a courtesy oil change and filter to make sure the test was accurate. I had my appointment at 9:00 a.m. and was back on the road before 10:30 a.m. The professionalism and service I received from John Wagner will have me coming back to D'Arcy dealership before all others.

    I was told that I needed additional work done and that it would take approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete. However the work was completed within... 1 hour. My car was washed and ready for me. I was notified of pending recalls and told that I would be contacted by letter and or email when remedies for those issues have been completed by Hyundia. Thank you

    I made an appointment for an oil change. I needed some additional minor items replaced such as a windshield.wiper and light bulb. I was quickly and efficiently... explained the additional charges. I appreciated the coupon applied to assist in keeping my costs down. I like the new chairs in the waiting area. Much more comfy and they made my wait a better experience. I always receive courteous, professional, and efficient service from the service department.

    First time Hyundai buyer, I have never seen a better customer service. Although my previous car purchases were never a bed experience, D'Arcy Hyundai easily... beats them all on practically every level: courtesy of the staff, knowledge related to the vehicle in question (Veloster Eco), simple, easy language while explaining to an older customer like myself the intricacies of all electronic systems and their functionality, sense of humor and overall fantastic assistance during the entire purchasing process. Special thanks to John Flynn and his "apprentice" Frankie (he will make a great salesman one day!), to Mike Campobasso, Dan Mac and all the floor staff! D'arcy's is the best!
