Everyone on the staff was great, I bought a car from 500 miles away, Jimmy pointed out and took pictures of small flaws that I wouldn't have noticed to... make sure there were no surprises, I was in and out in less than an hour and I was completely happy with the entire process!
I don't know what brought me in to Subaru of Wichita, but I'm glad I went there! I was lucky and met Cale right off the bat. This dude was great! Unlike... a lot of car salesmen, he listened to what I wanted. He made recommendations based off what I told him I liked/disliked about each car we test drove. Most importantly he wasn't pushy and was EXTREMELY patient with me! He spent three different days, 4-6 hours each day, trying to help find the right car for me! I could keep going on about how wonderful Cale is, but I also want to say that his team is pretty great also. Spencer, Caleb's team lead, helped tremendously with the financial side of the sale. He listened to me tell my financial story, and how I was feeling anxiety over buying something this nice and expensive for myself, and helped to ease my mind. At the end of the third day, I was leaving the dealership in the car that was right for me, that I picked out and wasn't pushed into (like a lot of other dealerships). I highly recommend buying a car from them. If you want a new Subaru, perfect. If you're shopping used, even more perfect! They have access to multiple car lots around the city, so there's an excellent chance that you'll find what you're looking for, all while dealing with one person. Instead of driving around the city talking to multiple sales people, who all might be pushy or rude.

We purchased a Jeep from here last Thursday. By Monday the Jeep was having issues starting and continued to for the next 2 days. Finally had to call tow... truck for it Wednesday. Contacted salesman, he did not care. Talked to some form of manager who told me they'd arrange to get it back to their service dept and go through it since we live 2 hours from dealer. Haven't heard a word since and are now going to be out money taking to a shop here to have it fixed so we can have two working vehicles. Do not buy a used car here, you can't tell me it's normal to be having an issue starting it after just 3 days of owning when it was supposedly fully inspected. Horrible sales, horrible customer service. I've never been more pissed.

my 88 year old father is very hard of hearing. His 2017 Outback, purchased at this dealership, has push button start. Twice now, my dad has left his car... running in his attached garage, overhead door was down! He went to the dealer to get the volume turned up. This dealer book marked his owners manual, and sent him on his way! He then returned approx 1 month later. He needed to see if his GPS needed updating. Once again, this dealer told him they could not help him. Are you kidding me?? Do you honestly think an 88 year old Veteran could do this? I've even emailed Sdubaru Corporation, with no luck. Apparently, they just give Subaru Dealerships away. This isn't right. If they would do this to an 88 year old Korean War Veteran, they would do it to anyone. My father is Harry Frischenmeyer

Flew in from SoCal for a special 2015 Camaro Convertible I found on line. My sales rep was Emily. She had everything ready including a detailed car and... all paperwork. She made the process easy and stress free. Emily invited me to have a quick lunch while I was there. The dealership puts out a deli sandwich and pizza spread on Saturdays. All in all , a great dealership experience. Thank you Em. If the dealership can make a transaction this easy for an out of state sale, I imagine local sales would be a breeze.

My teenage daughter found the car she wanted. We sent an email, received a phone call, took the car for a test drive, took it to our mechanic to have it... checked out, told them we wanted it AND now it is ours. The staff at Subaru of Wichita were all very nice and professional. Thank you!!
