Always friendly , professional , quick . The waiting room is always clean, nice selection or refreshments. The service tech took time to explain the process... and advised I should be done in 1.5 hours . I think I was done in less than one hour

Allan was very good. He answered all of our questions and listened to our needs for a vehicle. on us for any concerns. In addition, during the finance... /purchase process Allan checked in frequently with us for to confirm timelines, etc.. We would ask for him by name in the future!

Generally get apptmt last minute. Called for simple routine maintenance and I was in within the hour. coffee/tea avial while I wait fro service to be... done - generally out within one hour.

Amazing, I was told before I even had a clue that something might be wrong with the hybrid inverter. They replaced the inverter in 24 hours, they replaced... brake parts that were 5 years old, and the gave me a rental car for the time that my Prius was in your shop. I did not pay for the inverter due to a Toyota investigation. The brakes I did pay for, typical maintaince to keep my car on the road. Thank you.
