Certified cigarette odor Car
Always ask for CARFAX and keep it before you sign everything and write down the vin number of the vehicle you are testing. So that you don't get a different USED vehicle. Go during the day and pay attention to every detail, it is your money and every penny counts. Excited to pick up a family USED CERTIFIED vehicle, and left the building with a vehicle that was not the same I drove. I understand some vehicles are difficult to sell due to issues such as cigarette odors, but my daughter has respiratory issues, I wouldn't even care if I was alone. The attention was great but at the end this dealer demonstrated that customer service only applies to new cars only. HONDA dealers have a better deal but unfortunately I am TOYOTA person.

Certified used car
I bought a used certified Toyota Camry 2009 (milage around 52000) in 2013 and i was happy with the car, main problem started when i got to know this car sucks oil like anything. i contacted DCH they said we will do test. I went for the test and got to know its normal- which is NOT NORMAL !!!! it gives low oil sign between 2500 - 3000 miles. Now the next sucking part is when i noticed black spots on the roof of my car - later i got to know from an expert that Car was repainted but it doesn't have a CLEAR COAT !!!!! UNBELIEVABLE - FOR A CERTIFIED USED CAR !!!!

Excellent Used Car Buying Experience
We had a great experience buying a used car at Brunswick Toyota. The salesman, Travis McCloud, was professional, polite, kind, and patient. He rode with us on three test drives, explained the comparative features of the three cars, answered all our questions, and put no pressure on us to buy. He worked with us to negotiate a price that fit our budget. The other people we had contact with at the dealership were also very pleasant and helpful.

This DCH Toyota dealership puts back that name to unethical fraudulent car salesmen and a bad name to Toyota. I will definitely call the Toyota Corp and their customer service. Beware! I will not recommend this dealership at all!!

FAIR & HELPFUL SALESMAN HELPED TO CHANGE MY VIEW OF SALESMEN
My wife purchased a car from DCH a few years back and the experience challenged my notion of car dealerships and salesmen. Mr. Ayim helped my wife out and was very fair. He did all he could to make sure she got the most "bang for her buck." After telling him exactly what she was looking for, Reagan showed her a few models and explained things to her understanding. Today, we take the car to service every now and then and are grateful that such a fair and honest young man helped us into this reliable vehicle. Thank you DCH and thank you Mr. Ayim

A hiccup keeping me from giving 5 stars
Bought a new RAV4 about two months ago. Overall sales experience was good - nothing super special, but no problems either. Couple of days later I noticed that the shift lock cap was missing. The part costs 50 cents. Spent two months going back and forth on getting the part mailed to me, some delays along the way, mailing issues, etc. In the end did get it with an apology for delays. So not a bad experience overall.
