Phil was helpful and friendly right from the start. He worked really hard with me to get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. Excellent customer service and l left the dealership feeling like I can call or email him with any issues or questions I might have. Never pushy and I never felt like I was being pressured. That is a huge issue with me and car sales people!! You’ve got a winner in Phil!!! I wouldn’t hesitate to to send friends and family to see him!!!

This is my second lease with this dealership and I've had good experiences so far and hope this continues. DwVaughn Browne was the sales person and made it possible with all the discounts he offered. The price on the Buick was out of my reach and I was about to walk away and to my surprise, DwVaughn went and brought the GMC Terrain for us to test drive and the decision was made. He went to great leaps to get me something affordable.

They absolutely go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. The exact car that I wanted wasn't in stock but Phil located it, picked it up, and had me on the road all in the same day. What can I say about Phil Redfield and the staff at Malouf GMC... They went beyond what any other dealer that I have been to the past month looking for a new Truck. Not like other dealers out there (not going to mention names) he will tell it to you straight and the number you agree on is the number you pay.. No Hidden Fee's, up charges, or any other sneaky way to squeeze every little penny out of you.. If you are looking for a GMC or Buick there is no other place to go than here at Malouf!! If you do you will just be wasting your TIME and MONEY!
